just me and her. we sat in comfortable silence on her sofa couch. alex had already left to be with zach. i looked over to megan who was staring at the wall. her gorgeous eyes blank as she blinked and looked over to me. she smiled that showed her perfect pearly white teeth.
"wanna watch a movie?" i asked just above a whisper. she smiled and shook her head before returning her gaze to the wall.
"what would you like to do?" i smiled back. she looked back at me and moved slightly closer to me than she was before. i could feel myself blushing as i tried to hide it.
"megan." i spoke quietly.
"yes daniel." she spoke even quieter.
"i really like you." i said before making direct contact with her oceanic eyes.
"daniel." she started.
"i really like you too." she finished. i could feel myself becoming nervous.
"now what." she spoke again. i raised my shaking hand up to her cheek where i rested my hand around her ear. she loosened her tense state at my touch. we held eye contact until i looked down at her plump pink lips. her eyes never left mine until she spoke.
"just kiss me danny." she smiled and spoke so quiet i could barely hear her. but i did. i smiled as i slowly leaned in. not breaking eye contact our lips touched softly for a few seconds before moving in sync. her soft plush lips moved perfectly with my slightly chapped lips. she moved closer to me, if that was even possible, deepening the kiss. she sat slightly on top of me as my hands stayed at her face. she wrapped her hands around my neck as we continued to move in sync. my hands moved from her face to holding her lower back. i could feel her smiling into the kiss, causing me to smile in return. eventually we hand to pull away and catch our breath. taking multiple breaths and still smiling she brought her hand up to my face and held it as she lightly laughed.
"now do you want to watch a movie?" i asked still out of breath. she laughed as she slowly hopped off of me to set up a movie of her choice.
i watched her pick out a movie after seconds of deciding. i didn't care what movie she picked. i probably wouldn't watch a minute of it. i could only focus on her perfection. she hopped back over to me and sat by my side after putting a random movie into the player. i watched the reflection of the glow long screen through her baby blue eyes as she smiled at the sight. i wrapped my arm around her as she sunk into my side. soon into the movie she grabbed ahold of my hand and held it tight. my smile widened at her gorgeous face. she truly was a sight.

the whole movie i could feel daniel watching me. i didn't care. it felt nice to know that he liked me. if i'm being honest, he is a really good kisser. i smiled at the thought as the movie ended. i slowly attempted to move out of his grip, but soon failed as he pulled me back down. i laughed as i heard him chuckle at our position. not wanting to get up. i just snuggled back into his chest as our legs got tangled together. i soon felt my eyes start to get heavy as i tried keeping myself away.
"just sleep love." he whispered into my ear as i moved my head from his chest to the crook of his neck.
"night danny." i murmured out before the feeling of his hand rubbing my back slowly made me drift into sleep. still thinking about the night i just had.
i woke up to the sound of daniels heartbeat ringing through my ears. i opened my eyes to see him, blurry. but still him. my eyes soon adjusted to the morning light and i looked up at him and smiled. he looked down at me and smiled too. i only thought for a moment before giving him a quick peck on his gorgeous lips before getting up and running away to the kitchen. i heard him groan but soon chuckle as he followed me.
"tease." he groaned once more. i laughed as i pulled out the ingredients for omelettes. he sat down at the island and pulled out his phone as he watched me cook. once i had the stove on i grabbed my pan and started on the delicious eggs. not soon into my cooking i felt daniels long arms snake around my waist as he buried his face into my neck. giving my neck a quick kiss he let go and ran back to the island. he just stood there and waited before i turned around and crossed my arms.
"tease." i mimicked him as we laughed. he soon walked up to me and wrapped his arms around me waist as before. i stared into his eyes. as i felt myself getting lost, there was a knock on the door. groaning daniel pulled his arms away to get the door. i laughed as i finished the omelettes. i heard multiple laughs as daniel opened the door to my six other friends. alex and zach walked in first, hand in hand. and they were soon followed by corbyn and christina, also holding hands as christina held onto corbyns arm. jack and jonah walked in as everyone was sitting on the couch. daniel groaned again as he walked back over to me. laughing i placed one last kiss on his lips. i moved my hand to his arm and held it there. without realizing i hadn't pulled away, complete silence fell over my house as me and daniel kissed. i pulled away but still hovered close to daniel.
"shit." we both said in sync as we remembered the six other friends of ours, currently sitting on the couch. we slowly looked over to them as i kept my hold on daniels arm. all six of them wore a different expression, but mostly the same. all of them had their mouths wide open as they stared. no one looked angry which was good. christina and alex gave me a 'we'll girl talk about this layer' look. zach, jack, and corbyn looked at daniel proudly as they closed their mouths and smiled. nervously i tucked a piece of my hair behind my ear as i looked over at jonah. he had closed his mouth and looked away.
"i'm going to use the bathroom." jonah said quietly, but loud enough for everyone to hear. alex pointed down the hall and in seconds jonah was out of the room. the boys' gaze followed their friend down the hall as i let go of daniels arm to go sit down with the girls. as i walked over to them, they both got up as alex led me and christina up the stairs. smiling i followed knowing what was going to come.
