~*~RECAP~*~

"You two are like monkeys," Nate laughed and shook his head. "I'ma go take a piss, get them down."

I laughed and rolled my eyes at how open my brother was as he walked off, leaving the other two smirking up at us. "Well shit," I muttered.

"Maxine Fucking Faust, get your ass down here," Cole glared like a father as I stuck my tongue out like a child. "Don't make me pull a suburban white mom move."

"Awe, and what would that be?"

"I'll count to three."

"You'll make a great housewife one day, my man," Luke said and patted Cole's shoulder only for him to chuckle and roll his eyes.

"He's got a point," I laughed.

"One," He glared, crossing his arms over her chest.

"Oh my, a number," I teased.

"Two."

"Holy shit another!"

"Three." With that final word, he sprinted up the tree like a gracious panther. He narrowed his eyes as he climbed up and I laughed, trying to get away.

When I could no longer go any higher I leaned against the trunk of the tree, Cole on the same branch in front of me with a menacing look in his eyes. "Whatcha gonna do Coleslaw?" I grinned and used my foot to push his shoulder back.

He fought a laugh before giving in and rolling his eyes. "You are the worst at flirting, love."

"Who said I was flirting, Coca Cole-a?"

"Are you hungry or something?" he chuckled.

"Eh sorta," I laughed and he rolled his eyes once more before throwing me over his shoulder. "Dickhead let me down! You're gonna drop me!"

"I won't drop you, love," he grinned and I blushed rolling my eyes as he got us safely to the ground.

"Asshole," I glared when he let me down and he merely laughed.

Out of the blue, Riley shouted, "Catch me!" She jumped off the tree and into Luke's arms.

"Jesus tits, Riles, don't do that to me!" he exclaimed, holding her as if he was scared of dropping her as the three of us laughed.

"Awe, are the lovebirds cuddling?" Nate asked, smirking as he walked into view from behind the trees. Riley and Lucas blushed bright red and looked away from him, letting go of each other.

Cole and I laughed as we rolled our eyes. "We should probably head back before it gets dark," Luke, the mother of the group, insisted. I looked up to see the sun setting on the horizon as the moon peaked out on the other side of the sky.

"Probably," Nate agreed, looking to me. "Do you remember which way we came?"

"Uhh, no. I was busy running from Mr. Dickhead over here," I said as I shot a glare at Cole who only grinned like a child that got away with something.

"Anybody else?" Nate chuckled as the other two shook their heads. "Well fuck."

"Hold up, I've got this. Cole, help me up this tree," I said and walked over to one of the taller trees.

"What's with you and trees?" he asked, laughing a bit as he grabbed me by my waist and lifted me high enough for me to pull myself up on a limb.

"I'm a fuckin' monkey, deal with it," he said and flipped him off before climbing up.
