part 9

An- Hey guys I'm sorry I didn't update sooner like I said I would I'm actually on holiday rn haha. I won't babble on for any longer, hope you enjoy :)

"Y/N? I thought that you liked me back? What's going on with you?" She said angrily.
"Look, I'm sorry but I don't think I can do this. I've liked her for a while now and I don't want to mess it up now that I have a chance with her. I do like you, but not in the same way. I hope you understand and I'd really like it if we could stay friends?"
"I'd like that a lot Y/N, I understand, it's okay." I opened my arms to hug her and we embraced for a second before another voice interrupted.
"So Y/N, wanna go for a walk around the place we used to go?" Camila asked. I nodded and walked back to Camila while Taylor went back to our cabin. She put her arm around my waist protectively and kissed my cheek. "Let's carry on this way." I replied, trying not to yawn, I don't want this night to end. "Aww, are you sleepy?" She asked, slightly mocking me.
"Shut up."
"Noo, don't be mad at me I was joking."
"It's too late now, I'm really offended."
"Well, I guess I'll leave you here to be offended then."
"No don't leave."
We carried on walking at a slow pace towards our place on the rocks. We used to lie under the stars together and sometimes stay there all night. It was probably quite dangerous but neither of us used to mind, we had each other.
At one point Mila had slipped her hand into mine, I turned to look at her and she was smirking back at me.
"What's wrong?" I asked laughing.
"You."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I'm just thinking about you."
"Well it must be funny then."
"It really is."
"Care to share?"
"You sure?"
"Not really."
"Do you remember, when we were younger and we left the dogeball game and went on the adventure walk?"
"FUCK YOU!" I shouted, she burst out laughing.
"An-and you.." She couldn't finish her sentence as she kept giggling.
"Can we not talk about that please?" I said, pushing her slightly.
"Sorry, it was so funny."
"It was for you. Not for me."
"Wefoundasquirrelanditjumpedoutatyouandyouscreamedandshityourpants." She said really fast and then burst out laughing.
"Fuck you! I was only like 10."
She carried on laughing, so I pushed into her again but this time she fell over. I started laughing at her.
"Wow your so mean." She exclaimed pouting at me.
"Sorryyy." I gave her my hand to get up but she then pulled me down as well. I fell into her and she laughed again.
"Payback." She said smirking.

It was now team games and we were playing rugby. It was my team against some other team; I didn't really pay attention when they gave us the teams. Our team was probably the best so far. Y/N's team was doing well too but I didn't like how her and Taylor were getting along so well. I shouldn't worry, she chose me anyway. I still hadn't broken up with Shawn, so thats not something I should be mad at her for. I will break up with him but I'd prefer to do it after team games because then he still has his head in the game. It was now my team against Y/N and her team. She was waving at a girl on my side, Ally, I haven't really talked to her before. I probably should.
The whistle sounded and the other team was moving forward towards us. Daya went in for the first tackle but Ari got out of it and carried on, she passed to Mike who got tackled by Shawn. We then got the ball, I started out running and waited to pass to Dinah who was coming up in front of me. Y/N then came and tried to tackle me but Shawn jumped in and managed to get her off my back. I passed to Dinah and she carried on running and after a long game, it was 2 - 1 to us. The whistle sounded and it was the end of the game. I just chilled out after that game as it was our last. The team leaders then walked up ready to tell all the teams who won.
"Team C, congratulations," they were about to start cheering until he carried on talking, "You have come second. Team B, well done, you came first."
We all jumped up cheering, me and Dinah high-fived, I could see Y/N's sad face behind her. When it was lunch I walked up to her.
"You still upset you lost?"
"We actually came second."
"Aw, don't be grumpy."
"You always win."
"I'll make it up to you later," her face went slightly red, I laughed and kissed her cheek. "Meet me at 9."
