"How do you even let your apartment get this messy?" I questioned Samir, looking around at the absolute mess that took over his living room. Samir was a complete slob, but wow this was something else. It looked as if he had started doing laundry, and then stopped midway through because his attention was redirected somewhere else. There was an empty pizza box placed on the counter in his kitchen, but it was such an eye sore that it was noticeable from the living room.

"I know it's a mess. That's why I called you here. To help." Samir spoke, peeking his head out from his room. I made a face at his request, shaking my head. "I'm nobody's maid, Samir." I insisted. He groaned loudly, stepping out of the room and into the living room. He had changed out of his tank top and threw on a Bison hoodie. It was beginning to get cold in DC and the fact that Samir liked to run his AC on high at all times possible only made me feel colder. It was noon right now, and Kamryn would be flying into DC at five o'clock. Samir had been preparing for this moment for what felt like forever, yet his apartment still looked like this.

Samir had decided that chilling at his apartment would be the best bet and that him and Kamryn would have a whole itinerary of what they could do for the four days she was here. Despite the fact that I wasn't the biggest fan of Kamryn, I was glad Samir found pleasure in her comfort. The two seemed like an odd couple to me, but they had been making it work for about four months now. According to their intineray, I would be joining the two of them for dinner tonight before we'd head out to a club in the city. I wasn't too fond of being the third wheel, but Lord knows how many times Samir had to deal with it when it came to Colby and I. So I had to suck it up for the sake of him.

Speaking of Colby...

I looked down at the bracelet on my hand. I hadn't felt a buzz from him in a couple of days. Alisha swore up and down that this bracelet was for crazy people, and I was doing everything in my power to not overdo it. Colby and I had been talking consistently since this morning so there was really no point in me buzzing in at him right now. I just wanted to make sure he hadn't lost ir or anything. It was definitely not a cheap buy and nothing would make me more angrier than realizing he had lost it.

"You're not even helping! Come on, Sage

"You're not even helping! Come on, Sage. Okay, I slacked off when it came to cleaning but I had to make sure everything else is okay. That reservation was headache enough," Samir complained. I took the time to look up at him seeing that he really was stressing over this. I did not see that same energy when he was with Nia and if we were really going to sit down and compare the two Nia beat Kamryn hands down. Kamryn must have magical pussy or something because this was really making no sense.
