I woke up to the smell of bacon. I rolled over thinking that Monel was in the kitchen. My arm stretched out and hit Monel right in the face.

"Oh Rao, I'm sorry Monel." He wasn't awake yet so I just kissed his forehead and went to the kitchen. I saw Peter cooking while listening to his Zune.

He notices me leaning on the doorway. Staring. He smiles then looks at the ground.

"Oh, sorry for intruding I thought that making breakfast for us would be nice."

"Yeah, it is. Thank you." I smile and walk to the living room. I sit down on the couch and turn on the news.

"So are you and Monel, like together, like in a relationship?"

"I don't know. Its confusing." I saw as I shrug my shoulders.

"Oh well good for you. I guess." I laugh at his remark.

"Thank you. So you need to get back with your team? Why? You said Gamora didnt love you or something."

"I don't know. It's confusing." He says laughing while he flips the pancakes. He sways as he dances to the music. I missed dancing with him but I loved Monel.

I was staring at Peter again as I saw Monel sit up in the bed. He made eye contact with me and signalled me to come in with him.

I walked into the bedroom and to him.

"Good morning." He said rubbing his hair.

"Good morning Monel."

"Did you make breakfast?"

"No, Peter did."

"He's still here? Ughhhh..." He rolled over so his face was in the pillow. He let out a large sigh.

"Why are you so mad?"

"Because ex boyfriends don't just show up because they need help. They come back because of the girl."

"That's ridiculous. He just needs help. I love you."

"What are we doing today?"

"First, eating breakfast. Second, helping Peter, last, coming back here to watch movies all day until I find a job."

"Sounds good. Just uh, dont get attached."

"Monel! Do you not trust Me?"

"I do its just-"

"Then trust me when I say I love you. I'm not going to leave you."

"Just come here." He pulls me over to him and kisses me. "I love you too. Lets go eat." We got up and walked to the kitchen.

"Good, everybodies up. Heres some coffee, bacon, and eggs." Peter set the food on the counter in front of us.

"Thank you again Peter." I pick up the fork and begin to dig in. "Oh my Rao! These are delicious! Where did you learn cook these. You definitely did not cook this well when we were-" I saw Monel tighten up so I just stopped.

"Uh, I don't know. I put a secret ingredient into them."

"And what's that?"

"Love." When Peter said that Monel stood up and threw his plate at him.

"YOU NEED TO BACK THE HELL OFF MAN! I LOVE HER MORE THAN ANYTHING. AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I'DE DIE FOR HER, THE QUESTION IS, ARE YOU?!!!" He pushes Peter up agianst the counter.

"Monel! Stop! RIGHT NOW!!!" I ran over to him and pushed him off of Peter.

"No! I'm done!"

He tried running past me but I pushed him away. He came running at him again so I put my hands on his chest.

"Monel, look at me. Look at me!" He looses his look on Peter and looks at me. "I love you." I kiss him on the lips. "Do you love me?" I say as I rest my forehead on his.

"You know I do."

"Okay good, now sit down."

"He needs to leave before I kill him Kara, because I feel it coming. This ten times worse than Mxy."

"Okay, I'll get him out. Go to the room. I'll be there soon." I kiss him once more and he turns around towards the door.

"Peter, I'll take you to the D.E.O. for now." We walked out of the door.

"Why would you do that?! You know that, that would just complicate things between all of us."

"I'm sorry K. Something just draws me towards you. I love you."

"Peter-"

"I'll leave, see you later."

"Yeah, uh bye."

I wrap my arms around myself as he kissed my forehead. After he turned the corner, I walked back inside and shut the door.

"Is everything okay Kara?" I ran over to him and kissed him.

"I love you. Do not ever forget that. I MEAN it!" I miss him more and more.

"What did he do?" He wrapped his arms atound my back.

"Oh, nothing." I didnt like lying to Monel. I never did but I knew he really would kill Peter, he wasn't afraid to kill Mxy, what's to stop him now?
