Karamel: One More Time

Fourteen

When I woke up, I looked to my left to see my favorite person in the world, Monel. Me and him haven't slept in the same bed in almost three weeks. Even then, it was only once then I had to cheat on him. How was I so stupid. I just wish that I hadn't. 

 "Good morning beautiful." He said as he opened his eyes.

"Good morning honey." I said right before he kissed me.

"You know... maybe we can just stay here today. Just us too?"

"I don't know..."

"Pleeeease!" He pulls me closer to him to that our foreheads touch.

"No! We have to go to the D.E.O." He let's go of me and rolls over grunting.

"Hey! We can see how you are doing with your stomach, maybe we can do something tonight."

"Something?"

"Something. As in clean this loft."

"I don't want to do that! I just want you."

"I love you but I need this house clean."

"Yeah okay. Then-"

"Depends on what Alex says. Cmon, get ready." I say as I pat his chest.

"Kara?"

"Yeah?" I look at him.

"I love you."

"I love you too." I give him a kiss and he goes to my room to get ready.

After around twenty or so minutes, we arrive at the D.E.O. When we get there, I walk to Alex as Monel walks over to Winn. My two favorite men in the world, I am so glad they are friends and Winn's jealous side never took over. If that happened, I dont know what I'd do.

"Hey Kara!"

"Hey Alex. I was wondering if you could do a check up on Monel. I mean, he can walk by himself now."

"Yeah I can. How was last night, you know, being with him again?"

"It was amazing. He is the best man I have ever loved. The only man I've ever truly loved."

"That's great Kara... I'm going to win this bet and you know it."

"I dont know. I dont even know what I would say!"

"You would say 'yes'"

"He tried breaking up with me."

"Tried?"

"Yeah, I convinced him to give me another chance."

"Kara, what you did was wrong. I agree on that part but just know, you deserve any man on this damn planet. Lets go get him checked up."

I walk towards the medbay and yell for Monel to come with me. He soon follows after wrapping up up his conversation with Winn.

When he came into the room, he sat down on the bed while Alex unbandaged him.

"Give it to me straight Doc..."

"You are healthy. Healthy as a horse."

"What's a horse?"

"You dont know what a horse is? Alex, we have to go." I fly both of us to a park where they have carriage rides. Afyer about twenty minutes of waiting, we finally get on one.

"Oh! A groten! On Daxam, they pulled us around."

"Cool. So I was thinking, after wee clean the loft, maybe we can do something else?"

"Like what Kara?" He gives me a stupid smile add he leans in to kiss me.

"Nevermind."

"Tell me."

"No, lets just enjoy this ride."

"I know what else you could ride." He mumbles. My face goes red. He sees me and laughs. "That was funny baby."

"It was immature." I say laughing.

"Immature but funny." I lean onto his shoulder as I watch the buildings pass by.

After thirty minutes traveling around town, we decide to go back home. When we get there, he picks me up and sets me on the couch, the same way he did on Valentines day.

"Hey, clean then other stuff."

"Why?!" He says pouting.

"Because I like a clean home." I get up and pick up some beer bottles from both Monel and I over the last week. There were a lot. Over thirty.

He follows me and pick up the plates and some drinks. He both got to the trash and throw the bottles in. I return to the couch while he puts the plate in the sink.

I see something under the couch so I pick it up. A condom. I start to feel jealous as I think of why this is open. Monel doesn't use them with me.

I try to push it into the back of my mind. It was probably from his one night stand. I hide it behind me and walk to the trash.

"What's that?"

"Uh, just some trash. I found it under the couch. No big deal."

"Then why are you hiding it?"

"I'm not."

"Let me see."

"Uh, no."

"Fine."

Before I know it, he uses suoersooed and tajes it from my hand. He seems so proud until he looks at it.

"Kara"

"Don't worry about it..." I say shaking my head, my eyes started to fill with tears.

"It was when you were with Peter. It was just a one night stand. I love you."

"I love you too. Its fine. Let's just move on..." I walk over to Monel and jump onto him. He loses his balance and hits the counter. Then he turns around and puts me on it.

"I want you. All if you. Right now." I say. He kisses me more until he carries me to the bedroom. I love him.
