The Big One

Today was the big day... the day that Erika and Blake went to court to fight over custody of Harper. With Erika's past and the charges that were just dropped on Blake it was a fair game on who could win. The person who up and left Harper when she was little or the person who put his hands on someone in a harmful manner.

" babe you almost ready we need to leave" Jake says as he walks into Harper's room where Erika was finishing getting her dressed.

" yeah give me a minute to put her pull-up and dress on and then we can leave" Erika says as she grabs a pull-up from the drawer and helps harper put it on

" why dis mama" Harper asked as she stepped into the pull-up

" you have to sit with mama and daddy for a long time and if you have to go to the bathroom and we can't take you mama says its ok to go potty in your pull-up and me and daddy won't get mad. But only today you can't do it everyday but you have to sit with us for a long time." Erika says as she grabs her dress and puts it on her. She grabs her sandals and puts those on her before grabbing the diaper bag and walking downstairs to see Jake giving Korban a bottle.

" you ready babe" Erika says as Jake pulls the finish bottle out of Korban's mouth

" yep your sister is getting Koran at the courthouse right" Jake ask as he grabs Korbans diaper bag and Erika nods her head. She checks over her papers and the diaper bags before they all 4 get into a car and Jake drives them to the courthouse. As Jake pulls up to the courthouse paparazzi swarm the car which causes Korban and harper to cry. Jake gets out first followed by Erika who gets out Korban while Jake gets Harper out.

" guys we have the kids please back up not today" Jake says as he opens his door and unbuckles Harper who wraps her arms around his neck and cries into his chest. Jake and Erika rush into the courthouse and meet up with Erika's family. Harper was crying into Jake's chest as Erika gave Korban to her sister.

" he shouldn't be hungry I already fed him breakfast. He has a bottle in the bag for later and for lunch you know what to feed him." Erika said as she gave her the diaper bag.

" I've got him sis don't worry" Morgan said as she walked out of the courthouse and into her car with few paparazzi following her. Erika walks over to Jake who had given Harper her pacifier and she had calmed down.

" are you ready babe" Jake said as he used one hand to wrap his arm around Erika's waist as he held Harper in the other arm.

" as ready as I can be" Erika said as Jake kissed her temple. They walked hand and hand into the court house. They walked to the front and met up with the lawyer. This time Erika was the one sitting up front and Jake was sitting in the back with Harper.

" are you ready Erika" Her lawyer said as she nodded

" babe go take her to the bathroom before it starts" Erika said as Jake nodded. He took Harper out to the bathroom and once they got there they saw Blake in there.

" come on Harp." Jake said as he took her hand and lead her into the bigger stall. He glared at Blake before closing the door and locking it.

" dada hewp." Harper said as Jake walked over to her.

" I'm coming baby girl do you have to go potty." He asked as she nodded her head. Jake helped her get the pull-up down before he sat her on the toilet to let her do her business.

"I done" Harper says after a few minutes of sitting there.

" ok baby" Jake said as he wiped her before he put her down and pulled her pull-up up and her dress down. Harper then flushed the toilet. They washed there hands before they headed back to the court room. they walked in and Harper ran up to Erika who was talking with her mom.
