Jerika and How They Met- On Hold

Day with Blake

This is going to be in Blake's POV showing you how he dealt with Harper the first day and night. 

Blake POV

The second I took Harper from Jake she started screaming for him to take her back. I knew that she wouldn't like this but t least they still had Korban at home with them. Once Jake left Rachael put the diaper bag on her side and shut the door. She climbed into the passenger seat and I got into the Driver Seat. Harper was still crying though as she was beginning to hyperventilate. 

" Harper can you calm down for me I promise that you are going to be alright." Reachael said as Harper began to hiccup in between her tears. 

" hold on" Rachael said as she got back out the door and went to the diaper bag she grabbed Harper's pacifier and then unbuckled Harper who quickly latched her arms around her neck and sobbed into her shoulder. She sat in the backseat with her and gave her the pacifier until she stopped crying. She then buckled her back into the carseat and she fell asleep quickly. She got back out and got back to her seat and buckled up. 

" thank you baby" I said as she nodded and I kissed her lips. We then began to drive back home. 

" where do you wanna put her. In her room or in ours." Rachael said as I pulled into out garage. 

" I'll put her in her room." I said as I opened harper's door. I unbuckled her carseat and pulled her out. She laid her head on my shoulder and then Rebekah got her diaper bag and we shut the garage as we wall inside. I took her to her room down the hall. We lived in a one story home because it was normally just the two of us but we're thinking of moving states to change the environment we live in and get a bigger house because we wanted to start a family soon. I changed her clothes making sure that she staid asleep before I placed her in her crib and covered her up. I then went to mine and Rachael's room and got out of my suit and into some comfier clothes. 

" how do you think she's going to react when she wakes up." Rachael asked me as I pulled my shorts on.

" she's going to flip and hate it for a few hours but hopefully she'll get adapted to it because she lives with us now. " I said as she nodded and wrapped her arms around my neck and pecked my lips. 

" I can't wait till we have kids of our own." She said as I smiled at her

" me either but I only want one." I said as she nodded 

" that is perfectly fine with me I'll be happy with one. We can spoil that one as much as we want." Rachael said as she nodded her head and pecked my lips before we heard Harper start to cry again. We both broke away from our hug and walked to her room which was next door. I walked in first and she was standing up in her  crib   with tears streaming down her face and she was crying so hard she was turning red. 

" Harper you've gotta calm down for daddy ok" I asked her as she shook her head and sat down and began crying harder. 

" I mama" She said in between hiccups

" mama is at home your staying with me for a while"I said as she grabbed her blanket that Jake told me she slept with and she put it up to her face and laid down. 

" I dada" She said as she put her pacifier in her mouth 

" I'm right here" I said but she screamed at me 

" you no dada" She said as I realized she was talking about Jake. I finally went and picked her up out of her crib and put her on the ground in her room. She ran out of the room with her blanket in tow and she went to the front door and sat by it.
