She's Back

Erika POV

The second that the judge granted full custody to Blake my heart fell to my stomach. I was positive that I would get custody of her. I had everyone testifying on my behalf but we still lost. Harper screamed when Jake gave her to Blake. She didn't wanna go with him and everyone including the judge knew that. It had been a week since she was gone and she called my everyday crying because I wasn't with her. Blake says that she won't really let him pick her up and only Rachael can. God I hate that Bitch so much. Jake is going to the courthouse today to talk to the Judge about her. I was going with him and my mom was keeping Korban while we did. I'd be damned if we didn't get her back after this. Wtholding information from the court was a crime and Blake did just that. Me and Jake were now in the car on the way to the courthouse and he had his hand on my lap while he drove. Once we pulled up Jake got out first and then he opened my door as the paps knew we were here. We walked in and we're getting questions shouted left and right at us.

" did you purposefully lose."

" is she gone forever"

" did you really drink and come home drunk when she was a baby."

Jake finally had enough and turned to one of them once he said a question that pushed his buttons the wrong way

" are you fit enough to be a mother to your son and daughter or are you going to resort to alcohol again" Jake lunged at him punching him in the nose as the pap fell backwards

" shut your fucking mouth you son of a bitch. Can you all just leave us alone for a fucking day. We have business to take care of and can't do it with you all hovering over us at every move we make. Its' out damn life ow stay the hell out of it." Jake said as he grabbed my hand and pulled me through the crowd and into the building. We walked up to the receptionist and she brought us back to the judge as we had an appointment.

" good morning Mr and Mrs. Paul how can I help you today" he asked as me and Jake sat down in the chairs.

" we have some new infomation about the case last week that Mr. Sloan did not inform you of." Jake said as the judge sat up straight and leaned agains his desk

" and that would be" he said as Jake sat up

" he is still eligible for having kids as he is an engaged man and he was on the day of the trial. His fiancé was walking out with him while I was giving over Harper who was screaming." Jake said as he sighed

" and that would be withholding information which is a crime which gives you two both legal custody of Harper again" The judge sighed as me and Jake both nodded

"yes sir" Erika said as the Judge brought out her case again

" ok so I now have to press charges on Mr.Sloan and I have to rewrite the case conclusion. Then a police officer will meet you at Mr.Sloans house to get Harper back and take Mr.Sloan into custody." The judge said as we both nodded and Jake grabbed my hand.

" are you positive that he is engaged" he asked again and me and Jake both nodded

"ok give me about 20 minutes and then I will have you a police escort to his house."he said as I looked at Erika

" it was that easy to get her back" Jake asked and the judge nodded

" Withholding evidence is a crime sir and he did it to win his case. This would invalidate his parental rights for committing a crime and Harper would go back to you both for full custody. " He said as we nodded. After about 25 minutes a police officer showed up at his door

" alright this is officer Walker and the is Mrs. Beck she is a child service worker and is going with you to help get you full custody of Harper. But first I need your signatures please." He said as me and Jake both signed the paper
