It had been 2 weeks since Harper got out of the hospital and they were all four resting at the house because Harper still wasn't her usual self and still had been very clingy to Jake. Korban was turning 1 in 3 weeks and Erika was planing his party while he had a morning nap. Harper was playing with Jake in the floor and they were all sitting in the living room. A few minutes later the doorbell rang so Jake went up and got it. He answered it and a man in a suit was standing at his door. 

" ummm how may I help you" Jake said as Erika watched from the living room 

" is Erika Paul here" he asked as Jake kept him from walking into the house.

" yes but why do you need my wife" he asked as Erika walked to the door.

" are you Erika Paul" he asked and Erika nodded. He handed her a file as she grabbed it and looked at Jake.

" you have been served by Mr. Blake Michael Sloan for full custody rights of 3 year old Harper Elizebeth Sloan." He said as he took his hand back and Handed Jake a folder as well

" you are being served by Mr. Blake Michael Sloan for 10 thousand dollars in Medical bills for the date of March 11, 2019( the day Blake tried to kidnap Korban)" He told Jake as Jake's eyes went big.

" you've got to be kidding me he is fighting both of us" Erika said as she looked through the papers

" yes ma'am I look forwards to seeing you in court on February 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM." he said as he then looked at Jake 

" and I look forwards to seeing you in court February 3,2019 at 10 AM... have a great day" and with that he walked back to his car. Jake and Erika stood in the door for a few minutes before walking into the house throwing the papers onto the counter. 

" this bitch is so fucking dead to me" Jake said as he placed both hands on the counter

" he told me he was gonna go to court for custody of Harper but I didn't think he was serious" Erika said as she paces around the kitchen. Harper walks into the kitchen and taps on Erika's leg. 

" what Harper" Erika said in a harsh tone which caused Harper to cower and run over to Jake

" baby girl mama is sorry she didn't mean to sound like that. I'm not mad at you I promise someone just made me really mad. What do you need baby" Erika said as she rubbed her hand across her back as Jake held her. 

" I gotta potty" Harper said as she lifted her head

" ok come on lets go" Erika said as Jake put her down and Erika and harper walked to the bathroom. They came back a few minutes later and she went back to playing with her toys. Jake and Erika talked about how they were going to deal with this and then they found a lawyer for each of them. They found the best ones and Jake paid major money for them. They were not losing either of these cases if they had their way. They spent that day with the kids and Erika called her mom and told her what had happened. Jake talked to Team 10 and told them that until the cases were done with that he was gonna the a step back and Kade was in charge. That night they had put both kids in bed and were laying in bed together watching some Netflix. Out of nowhere Erika started crying 

" baby whats wrong" Jake said as he put a hand on her thigh

" whats wrong... Jake that is the stupidest question I have ever heard... everything is wrong right now. I am trying to plan a birthday party. Me and you are both having to go to court and you might lose 10k and I might lose my daughter. What is going right is the question you should have asked" Erika said as tears pored out of her eyes again.
