Jerika and How They Met- On Hold

2 days later...

Erika POV

Harper got out of the hospital yesterday, but today she has to go to the doctor to get her 2.5 year old check-up. I have to go to work first so I adjust bringing her with me but dropping Korban off at daycare. 

E: come on Harp we gotta go 

H: I coming mama 

Harper comes running in to the living room and Erika puts her shoes on and then she picks Korban up and loads them both into the car. 

H: I go see Jake 

E: yeah baby your going with mama to see Jake today 

H: yayyyy... is bubby 

E: no me and you have somewhere to be and bubby can't go with us 

W: oh ok, can Jake 

E: you have to ask him that one baby girl 

H:ok 

Erika drives to the daycare and she gets the kids out and walks inside with them. She checks Korban in and then her and Harper go back out to the car and head to Jake's. When she pulls up Harper is asleep and Jake is outside shirtless. He walks over to the car when Erika gets out 

J: hey Rik 

E: hey Jake 

J: did you bring Harp today 

E: yeah she has a doctor appointment at 1:00 

J: oh ok 

E: oh and she is going to try to persuade you to go with us to the appointment but you can just say no 

J: I son't mind going 

E: Jake your my boss, I can't ask you to do that 

J: I am your boss and your my sexy assistant whose daughter loves me so I am going with you ok 

E: fine 

J: I'll get her out you just go inside 

E: thanks 

Jake carefully picks Harper out of her seat and takes her inside and lays her on the couch and covers her with a blanket. He then goes into the office and does some work with Erika. 45 minutes later Harper wakes up and comes running into the office 

H: hey mama... hey Jake 

E: hey girly 

J: Hey harp 

Harper walks over to Jake and sticks her arms out at him for him to pick her up. Jake does and sits her on his lap

H: what you doing mama 

E: looking for houses with Jake 

H: they could come to me house 

E: we don't have enough room for all of us baby 

H: aww ok 

J: I promise that I will move closer to you so that I can visit you ok 

H: Ok, wait you come wit me and mama today 

J: sure I will baby girl 

H: yayyyyy

E: she doesn't know that we are going there 

J: oh does she hate the doctors 

E: very much 

J: oh ok well its 11:30 so why don't we go get some lunch and then head up there
