I stare out of the window that now had been drowned in rains drops next to me and then to my brother who was now almost asleep, he needed to rest and I needed to take my mind off of things,

I nudge him slowly and watch as his sleepy eyes shoot to me, I giggle at him then tell him to pull over, luckily, he was too tired to answer so he did as I told him,

"Ollie, swap seats"

"You hate driving,"

"I hate risking both of our lives whilst you sleep drive"

"Touched sweetie"

He gives a small goofy smile and gets out of the car, I watch as he soaks himself outside whilst I climb over to the drivers seat,

He looks at me in annoyance but chuckles at me after wards,

I watch the road pass quietly underneath me and start to think of what my life would be like if I wasn't messed up in all of this.

Would I argue with Ollie a lot?

What would I be?

Would I fall in love?

Would I die old and have the luxury of kids and grand kids?

All of he questions flew pass my mind but none of them actually intrigued me.

I noticed that my stomach was making sounds and that quite annoyed me. I was normally hungry but I hadn't eaten for a while. The road seemed like it was going on forever and nothing was visible in the darkness.

A motorcycle passed once but even at the speed I'm going at I'm surprised I didn't see it again.

The car made a few funny sounds on the way but I hadn't really been paying attention to the gas, it was low, I needed to fill it up,

"I know, I'm hungry too"

I murmured to the car, yes, it was odd moments like these that I talked to a car. As it is very obvious, I didn't have any friends and most of my classes weren't with Ollie.

I keep my sight on the sides of the road hoping that a gas station would magically appear.

Thank zuess that he listened to me and sent a gas station on the other side of the road to my savior, I don't know what made me but I checked the road to check for cars,

I was stupid.

One. It was dark.

Two. There is nothing here which is meant to be spooky but I found it kind of relaxing.

Don't ask me why

I shook my head and watched the dim lights flicker a few times as I entered. As if they were warning me and begging me to leave.

I need gas, then I'll leave. Happily,

I parked slowly in front of the filler and got out my car. The inside of the gas station was empty and there were no lights at all except the flickering light bulbs me that now was like paparazzi was taking photos of me,

Why would there be? It's a gas station in the middle of a empty road. I took a small look at Ollie and smile as he had his arms crossed and he was furrowing his eyebrows like he did when I popped his ball.

It wasn't my fault, the cactus came flying to me. Definitely not the other way round, I'm too good of a child to do that,

Yes, that was sarcasm,

I gave small chuckle and for a moment a real smile appeared on my face and I felt this heart warming feeling in my stomach, it was like watching Ollie smile,
