Chapter 5
All the boys started looking scared which scared me. I mean, these are trained future agents that are scared, Most people would be screaming and running around right now.
"Quick! Austin and Spencer, you know what to do. Get all the younger ones to safety. Six, Drew, Slink, Zach come with me." I looked to see Gavin commanding all of this and without a second thought, I followed him at a jog and heard Drew, Zach, and Slink (A boy from my class) following behind me. We ran down the hallways without making any sounds. Gavin pulled out a device from his pocket and took off in one direction signalling for us to follow.
We ran to the far end of the school and stopped. Looking around, I noticed that there was nothing here. Gavin's device beeped and he frowned slightly but signaled for us to follow nonetheless. We ran to the opposite side of the school and stopped. Gavin's device beeped again and he looked at it for a minute, looking angry.
Soon he looked up and said, "They're toying with us. Whoever this is, they hacked into our mainframe and are setting off our motion sensors all over the school. They aren't even in the school right now."
Drew swore and punched the wall, leaving quite a large dent. "That means," he said, "Not even our school is safe anymore. They can get us where ever we are. Our main frame is nearly impossible to hack. How did they do that?"
Gavin nodded.
"I've done it." I said absentmindedly then realized what I said. Too late. The mistake was done and they all noticed. I looked up to see four pairs of eyes on me.
"What?" Slink asked disbelievingly.
"Oh come on. You can't tell me that you've never hacked another spy school." I said.
"I can honestly say I have but how did you get into ours? It's impossible to crack." Zach said.
"Not impossible." I sang.
"Can I see how you did it?" Slink asked me, "I might be able to get them out of our system if I know how they did it."
"Sure." I replied. We all walked back to my room and I got out my laptop. I started hacking with all of the boys sitting around me, my fingers flew over the keyboard effortlessly. Soon enough, Gavin's device beeped.
"Dang. She's good." He said. All the boys leaned over to see his device.
"Wait. I can see her computer from where she hacked us." Slink said. I rolled my eyes and hit the space bar, erasing all traces of my computer even though I could access still everything.
"Annnnnd...I'm gone." I said just as Gavin's device beeped.
"Alright. Let me see that Gavin." Slink said. Gavin handed him the device and he started playing around on it.
"Six, can you set up some un-crackable firewalls?" Slink said.
"Umm...ya but it will take three hours at the very least. I'll also need another computer and an assistant." I responded.
"Great, better start now. Drew, go tell everyone that it's okay to go back to normal. Oh, and bring Austin, he's our next best hacker. Zach go get my laptop." Slink commanded.
"What am I doing, Captain?" Gavin joked.
"Whatever we need done." Slink replied. We all started working and that was how are next three hours were spent.
** 3 1/2 Hours later **
"Austin get over here." I said, not really leaving much room for argument. Everyone else had left an hour ago except for Slink, Austin, and I because Slink was on Gavin's device and Austin and I were setting up firewalls.
