💓Chapter 8💓

💓8:30am~Daegu💓

I ran up to my window and pryed it open with my fingers causing one to snap painfully.

I could hear my mother banging in my bedroom door telling me to open it. I quietly climbed in through the slender frame.

"I-I'm coming!" I panted after all that running. I opened the door to her confused and angry face.

"Why are you panting? Why is the window wide open ? Why are you dressed? What happened to your nail!?" She bombarded me with questions. I look down at my bloody nail and gasped.

  "I-I uh it was hot, I hurt my nail opening the window and- I forgot to change last night!" I lied through my teeth hoping she'd buy it.

"You silly girl!" She snapped as she slapped my head. "Get clean. We're going for breakfast."

I nodded at the floor as I felt the tears whelling in my eyes. She walked away and I retreated to my room to get dressed.

Breakfast was as bland as yesterday and I was particularly tired this morning made me groggy for the rest of the day which was not good at all .

"Okay so, we have until 6pm to do whatever we want and then we're going as a family for dinner ok?" my father confirmed with us after breakfast .

I was all alone again and had nothing to do. Great. I strolled back to the cabin and got my camera. I looked briskly to my left at Tae's cabin which was as usual dark.
I thought about knocking but I'm too awkward to talk to his parents so I leave quickly incase anyone sees me looking .
I always wondered what he did all day.
Sleep I guess.
I was at the head of the lane when I spun and headed back to his house landing outside his window . It was almost like I was possessed by something because now I was here I didn't know what to do and my mind was blank.
I knocked on his window and after a few seconds his curtains parted and I was greeted by his soft confused face and fluffy bed hair . His eyes were half closed but he rubbed them sleepily and smiled. He opened the window and propped himself up on it.
"Eh?" He groaned tiredly . Why did his deep sleepy voice give me shivers .

"I'm going to the beach, do you want to come?" I almost gulped . If he rejects me I will have to start digging a hole to bury myself in.
"I'm tired." He whined as he let his head fall onto the window frame.

I felt my cheeks blazing in embarrasement .
"Okay . Well bye." I said slightly angry as I walked off , too embarrased to hang around . I heard him groan my name as I left but resisted turning.
Wow , he's going to think I'm a bitch.

💓9:30am ~ Daegu💓
I'm strolling down the beautiful beach feeling the sand between my toes and snapping the scenery . I've been here for twenty minutes already.
Suddenly I felt two strong, large hands grab my hips gently and a warm body against my back.
"Why'd you run off?"
I heard the soothing deep voice that could only be Taehyungs.
He appeared beside me smiling as he walked with me , hands in pockets.
He looked like a work of Picasso.
His soft hair flying in the wind.
His white T-shirt flew against his body defining his abs and his navy shorts showed off his toned legs.
His smile really finished off the outfit though .

Suddenly embarrased.
"I-I'm sorry, I was just abit angry."
He smiled and laughed .
"Why are you sorry? You're always sorry."
Confused.
"I don't know ? Politeness?"
He laughed. "Never heard of it."
I smiled .

"More photography?" He asked , looking at my camera .

"Oh, yeah ! I never got a chance to see it yesterday! It really is beautiful isn't it?" I beamed as I breathed in the fresh salty air.

"I actually know a really nice place here too! Just like the cherry blossoms tree but beach version."
My curiosity peaked .
"You really are adventurous aren't you ?" I smiled .
He nodded and smiled his pretty box smile , making my heart melt.

"Do you want to see?" He asked unsure.

"Yes! Yes!" I beamed as I laughed at not being the awkward one for once.

"Well, follow me!" He laughed as he started jogging down the sandy beach with me on his trail.
