🕐Daegu - 2:00pm🕐

"I swear to god Tae stop eating the batter!" I curse as I slap Tae's hand from the mixing bowl for the hundredth time. He licks his finger as he smiles.
We decided to sleep in and then bake today so we ran to the on-site supermarket and bought aprons and ingredients for the simplest recipe we could find for fairy cakes.

I wipe the sweat from my forehead with the back of my hand as I ferociously mix the thick batter with a wooden spoon.
"Here." Tae sighs as he snatches it off me and starts mixing it ten times faster with ease.
I grease the bun cases with butter and preheat the oven. We carefully spoon in the batter evenly to each bun case and slide them into the oven.

Exhausted, we fall onto the couch and turn on the tv.

"Lovely smell in here." Mr Hyung sniffs as he walks in the front door with a full shopping bag , followed by Mrs Hyung who also hauls a big shopping bag.
"We're making buns." Tae grins as he puts down the remote and looks over at his father who is curiously looking into the oven.

"Right well reserve a couple for me won't you?"

"One." Mrs Hyung mouths to us as she rolls her eyes and puts up one finger.
I smile and nod to reassure her.

Diiiinnnngggggg
I rush to the oven excitedly and take out the risen brown buns.
"Awh ones broken." I pout as I press the broken bun with my finger.
"You can have this one." I smile cheekily as I put it on a plate for Tae.

"Well thanks." He rolls his eyes.

I sit down with my own and carefully take it apart.

"So , what's the plan for today?" Mrs Hyung asks us as she eats a bun.

"Uhm, well I don't really have anything planned." , in truth I had all our last few days planned, but I decided I should lay off and just let Tae enjoy his last few days of his holiday, I wasn't really meant to be here in the first place anyway. Of course I didn't tell him this, I just said I hadn't gotten as far as planning yet.

"Maybe we can go swimming at the beach? It's a lovely day." Tae suggests. He doesn't usually suggest things he just waits for me to suggest something.

I'm about to agree happily before I remember my scarred arms. They have been taking a lot longer to heal then they used to. They're still a purplish Col our and it's quite obvious they are new.

"Uhm-well-uhm...."
Tae raises an eyebrow at me and mr & mrs Hyung look at me in confusion.
"I actually do have something planned! But I wanted to keep it a surprise." I lie.

There's a bit of a silence and my heart beats in my throat and my palms sweat bad.

"Oh lovely," mrs Hyung smiles. "Is it still a surprise or can you tell us?"

"Uhm yeah," I rack my brain for an idea. If I don't tell them now I can tell Tae will question me, I think he's starting to get suspicious.

"I uhm, I seen a club when we were coming back from yoga, I thought we could go there."
It's true to the point that I had seen a club, a huge black dirty looking building with security outside it even though it was daytime. However I'm not a huge clubber. Yes I have been to clubs before with my friends but given the choice I'd rather stay at home.

Mrs Hyung looks a bit disapproving. "Oh uhm good idea!" She half smiles.

"Great idea!" Tae smiles. "Well better then yoga."
