Reincarnation is a concept that many people believe in, but something that only a rare few have experienced. Raina Lockhart is one of those few people.
She has been men, she has been women, and she has been every gender in between because she has been reincarnated since what feels like the beginning of time. One moment, she'd be walking down the street, minding her own business, when suddenly everything would go dark, and she'd wake up as a crying baby, taking their first breath of air, ready to begin a whole new life, but her latest reincarnation was hands down the strangest of them all.
She was reborn as Raina Lockhart, a girl from a middle class family with loving parents and a younger brother who loved teasing her endlessly about her "old soul". She had been born into countless different lifetimes, but in none of them had she encountered anybody quite as extraordinary as Scott McCall and his friends.
NOTES:
- Raina has been reincarnated many times during the years, which has given her a strong connection with what would be called theAfterlife.
- The Afterlife can be described as the line between life and death, Basically Bardo. The souls that are stuck there are the ones that already died, but haven't found their peace.
- Raina is stuck in an endless loop, since every time she dies, she reincarnates in a different body. She has been many different genders and creatures.
- She'll stop reincarnating once she completes her mission in life, which is helping Erica (or Allison, Boyd and Aiden) find peace and not be stuck forever in the Afterlife.
- Once she completes her mission, Raina can die in peace and not be reincarnated again.
- Raina is also an open pansexual and her parents do accept her.
