Having Kate Argent as your mom is crazy. Having Derek Hale as your father is even crazier. Not knowing Derek Hale is your father is insane. So in other words Diana Argent's life is bat shit crazy.
The moment Diana could walk was the moment she trained to become a hunter not knowing what really runs in her blood. Her mother driven by the saying 'We train our sons to be soldiers and our daughters to be leaders.' Kate was determined to make a leader out of Diana. Leaving wasn't that hard but leaving her daughter alone was. Kate knew that this would probably be the last time she would see her daughter but she still went.
So when Diana gets a call saying her mother has been murder while on a hunt, she's out for one thing and one thing only. Revenge. Driven by the code family code, she goes to Beacon Hills to get what she wants.

NOTES:
- Diana and Derek won't know that they're related until the end of season 2 when Gerard is revealing all his secrets.
- Diana is just like Kate. She is hard headed, mean, blunt, vengeful and driven by the code.
- I know Kathryn Newton's are blue but for the sake of Derek being Diana's father her eyes are green.
- Diana is a werewolf but I'm spicing it up a bit. So she is but she hasn't triggered her werewolf side yet. So she is a hunter for now.
- You can either keep her human or trigger her werewolf side but if you do make her werewolf just know that her eyes will be blue. She's a hunter and has killed innocent wolves because well she's Kate's daughter.
- Isaac and her aren't gonna be besties or together right away because let's be honest she's a Kate Argent's daughter who was raised to be a hunter. So slow burn people. Same goes for the rest of the pack and Derek.
- She will only trust Gerard, Chris and Victoria because they taught her things and kinda raised her. Allison's relationship with her are rocky because she doesn't really know them and Allison is a good guy.
