Yep, guess who made a new set of a Pokémon league? This girl. Now I don't know anything for a region yet, but here are my characters:

First Gym: Drako the Dragon master
Drako is an adventurous guy. He loves to be out and about with his best friend and partner: Gible. He wears a red scarf and a navy blue tank top. His hair is dark purple and his eyes are a sandy light brown.
His Pokémon are a level ten Dratini and a level twelve Gible.
Second Gym: Azuel the Fountain Boy
Azuel is sweet, kind, innocent, and quiet. He likes to stay near the water, wether it is the lake outside of town or the fountain in the central plaza. The water calms him and his best friend slowpoke down.
His pokemon are a level sixteen surskit and a level eighteen slowpoke
Third Gym: Martha the Goth
Martha is your stereotypical goth. Black pigtails, emo makeup, skulls on clothing, listening to rock music, Poison Type Pokemon, the whole package. She hates being interrupted and she is a brat when she loses. If she likes you, you must have saved her life or something because she hates everyone.
Her Pokémon are a level twenty five Golbat, a level twenty seven Seviper, and a level thirty beedri
Fourth Gym: Jeremiah the Nerd
Jeremiah is a nerd, a huge nerd. He is a geek when it comes to anything involving metal. He is great with computers and is like a living calculator. He can tell you anything about math or metal work. His partner Is Mawhile.
His Pokémon are a level thirty three steelix, a level thirty four Klefki, and a level thirty six Mawhile
Fifth Gym: Topaz the Mountain Man
Topaz lives near a mountain that has huge deposits of very important minerals and gemstones. He and his time mine these out of the mountain, even if the cavities are hard to get to. His partner is Tyrantar
His Pokémon are a level thirty nine Barbacle, a level thirty nine Bastiodon, and a level forty two Tyrantar
Sixth Gym: TiaThe Weeping Medium
Tia is a spirit medium, able to use her psychic ability to communicate with the dead. She also is an excellent fortune teller. But those abilities come with a price. She is inflicted with severe depression and depressive episodes. Her partner Alakazam often helps her get through this.
Her Pokémon are a level forty five Gardevior, a Level forty five Gallade, a level forty six Espeon, and a level forty eight Alakazam
Seventh Gym: Leif the Nonchalant Gardener
Leif happily is able to be himself and he doesn't give a care about society. He is feminine and wears whatever he feels like whenever he feels like it. He lives in the forest, where there's no town. In the center is a large garden and that's where he likes to be with his partner Abomoasnow
