At the Joint Counter Terrorist Center, T'Challa was talking to a man named Attaché about tracking down Bucky while on their way to find them while approaching Natasha.
"It's just a matter of time. Our satellites are running facial, biometric, and behavioural pattern scans," Attaché informed.
"Move, or you will be moved," the security chief ordered Natasha.
"As entertaining as that would be..." T'Challa smirked.
"You really think you can find them?" Nat asked.
"My resources are considerable," he assured.
"Yeah, it took the world 70 years to find Barnes and Y/N...so you could probably do that in about half the time," she pointed out.
"You know where they are," T'Challa asked.
"I know someone who does," Nat answered.
