Manny was blabbering on how his dad aka Onyx was going to let him drink wine. I just smiled and nodded. Alex already gave Onyx a scolding including our dad Cadee. In the end, Onyx meant the sparkling kind kids could drink but only our other dad Reed and I found this funny. Also, I found out Chad was coming over, Onyx and Aled invited him. Funny how Onyx and Chad got along so well now when they use to hate each other back in high school. Manny ran over the house which I was either dragged along with him or following behind so he wouldn't get in too much trouble. I want my brother and brother in law to relax for today.

"Thank you so much again." Alex sighed happily as Onyx massaged his feet.

"No problem at all." I smiled as Manny colored as he sat on my lap.

"So how are you and your boyfriend?" Onyx teased with a smirk earning a hit on the head from Alex.

"Well, we kind of just started but fine," I mumbled with warm cheeks.

"Boyfend?" Manny tilts his head up at me with curious wide eyes.

"Boyfriend and um yes." I nodded glancing at his parents who seemed to be staring at Manny hard.

"Will I have a Boyfend?" Manny asked now looking at his parents.

"No!" they both said at the same time and I blinked as Manny slowly started to cry.

"I never have a boyfend!" he cried hopping off my lap and running upstairs.

"No honey!" Alex yelled getting up off the couch running after him.

"We didn't mean it!" Onyx yelled following them.

"House is so lively." my dad Reed grumbled walking downstairs with a mug of coffee as he rubbed his temples.

"Hey, dad." I laughed at his annoyed expression.

"It's good the house is so lively, you can feel all the love and it woke you up. Breakfast was almost eaten up by everyone." my dad Cadee walked out of the kitchen into the living room smiling at Reed.

"Come in our home and eat up all the food," Reed muttered as he sat down in the chair he usually sat at which was a love seat and sipped his coffee.

"We didn't eat up all the food dad and you wanted us to come." I rolled my eyes smiling as Cadee walked over behind him and massaged his shoulders.

"Did I? Did I really?" Reed glanced over at me earning pain from his shoulders as Cadee squeezed too hard. "O-Ow."

"Sorry, sweetie," Cadee said smiling innocently as he massaged his shoulders gently again then looked over at me. "Your father means he did want you guys to come we all know he's just not a morning person," he explained for Reed who huffed.

"It's fine dad we know like you said," I said shaking my head laughing.

"Anyway, how are you and that Pecker boy?" Reed asked before sipping his coffee.

"Um, Beck and I are good," I replied.

"Beck, such a strange name," Reed said as dad sat on his lap, which I wanted to gag to.

"Says the person who's first and last name is Reed," Cadee scoffed and looked away whistling when Reed shot him a glare.

"So you're serious about him?" Reed looked at me now.

"Of course." I huffed.

"Is he serious?" he asked crossing his arms.

"Daaad." I groaned because, in reality, I wasn't sure...and that was a bit frightening.

"Alright but when I see him again which I better I will be testing the boy," he said nodding to himself.

"Don't you have a book to work on?" I grumbled.

"Oh, you didn't hear? I'm retiring," he responded and both my dad Cadee and I gasped. "Oh..." he glanced between us. "I must not have told anyone my decision."

"Reed!" Cadee yelled.

"Don't worry Cadee." Reed pulled him close and kissed his head. "I have enough money for the both of us and our family. Not to mention Onyx is running I find business and got a nice promotion recently," he said and Cadee sighed relaxing.

I sighed also in relief. Dad was getting old but he wasn't that old. I thought he would be writing until he was all wrinkly but I guess not. The doorbell was rung and I got up running towards the door opening the door. It was a habit at dad's because with the guards I'm pretty sure no one dangerous would come up. But I probably need to work on looking in the peephole first.

"Chad!" I smiled hugging him and a grin spread across his face as he hugged back.

I pulled away taking a good look at him. From the last time, we met any hint of a beard was gone. A light mustache was visible and his hair was cut down a bit shorter. I moved out of the way so he could come in. Same time as he did Alex was coming down the stairs with Manny in his arms and Onyx following.

"Hey, Chad." Alex smiled walking over to him as I closed the door.

"Chadwick." Onyx shot him a grin.

"Chadddyy." Manny squealed leaning over and tugged the hair that Chad had.

"Haha hey kid, Alex, and Onyx." Chad chuckled.

We all settled in the living room to watch a movie while drinking sparkling or wine depending on your age. Chad and I were on the left side of the couch while Onyx and Alex were on the right with Manny at their feet playing with toys. Turns out Manny wasn't very fond of the sparkling tea and fed it to his action figure. I hugged a couch pillow as it got a bit chilly watching the movie.

"Cold?" I heard a voice murmured and glanced over in the direction of the voice to see Chad.

"Yeah." I laughed softly and felt something warm, Chad had wrapped his arm around me. "Warm," I replied as my mind went blank and Chad laughed.

"I'm not hitting on you," he said looking away to me focusing on the movie.

"I'd hope not, your old," I muttered and smirked when he shot me a playful glare.

"That's just rude I'm not that old Taylor. Anyway, I heard you got a boyfriend," he mentioned making my face warm as I looked away.

"Uh yeah," I mumbled.

"Shh! Stop talking during the movie." Alex said covering Chad's mouth and I cleared my throat to not laugh.

XD sorry I actually would have updated sooner but I used up most of my day working on a card for my aunt's birthday. But at least I updated and it's not as late as they have been lately lol. Have a nice day/night you all!
