Bellerose grew up in a strict house. Her mom was a world famous brain surgeon and her dad was the owner of the Adidas company. Her mom was from Argentina and her dad was Cuban.
Alia, her mother, had curly long brown hair that was almost always tugged into a tight ponytail. Her eyes were a bright green and she had light, but still tan, skin. Javier, her father, had brown hair and caramel brown eyes along with tan skin.
Most people called her Belle. She had, strangely, piercing blue eyes, long brown wavy hair, and lightly tanned skin. Nobody knew as to why she had blue eyes but she hated them. It just added to the list of differences between her and her parents. She had one 'perfect' sister Carella. Like Belle Carella, had long wavy hair but it was almost black. Instead of bright blue eyes Carella had hazel eyes. Carella was currently in college becoming a child's cancer doctor. And Belle? Belle was singing and dancing in her bright green room to All Time Low in a Nirvana tank top and ripped jeans. She graduated high school but had no idea what the heck she was gonna do with herself. She only knew she wasn't staying here. Boston was her home from birth but her parents wanted a perfect daughter and that just wasn't Belle.
Rosella was Belle's best friend. The one person that knew the real Belle. A spontaneous, broken, and talented 17 year old girl. Rose knew Belle didn't just sit and stay. She would always tell Belle how she was like the ocean, never still.
Every Sturday, her favorite day, Belle would throw on a band t shirt from her closet with some random jeans or shorts and some Vans. She would grab her iPhone that had music from every genre you could probably imagine and run out into Boston. Specifically Main Street. On Main Street she would run around and sing or dance by herself. Never caring about the confused stares from everyone around her. She had learned to block out criticism living with her parents for 18 years now. Normally nobody ever stopped her from doing her thing, that is until that bright June day where that stupid blue eyed, blonde hair, tall boy changed everything.
