Cassie
One shot turned into three which turned into ten..
Next thing I knew, me and Kyrie had made our way from the bar to the dance floor and we stayed there practically all night. We eventually made our way back to the bar and sat down.I chuckled, leaning on him.
"I am so tired."He chuckled.
"I am too." He said, looking at his watch. "And it's getting kind of late."I pulled my phone out of my purse and saw that it was 2 a.m.
"Oh shit it is late." I looked around for Sabrina and couldn't find her."You looking for your friend?"
I nodded.
"Yeah. She's my ride.""Come." He said, putting his hand on my waist and guiding me through the sweaty bodies of clubbers to the VIP section. "Do you see her?"
I looked around and pouted, running my hands through my hair.
"No. Let me call her." I pushed my way through the crowd once again towards a small hallway where the bathrooms was where it was somewhat quieter than the main floor. I dialed her number as Kyrie caught up to me and voicemail.
"Shit. Come on Sab." I called three more times and still voicemail."She not answering?" He asked.
I sighed and nodded.
"Yeah. She's..she's not answering. I need to call a cab.""Wait-"
"It was nice bumping into you though." I smiled, making my way out of the club and into the refreshing Boston air. I dialed for a cab but a voice stopped me.
"Cassie."
I turned to see Kyrie and raised an eyebrow.
"Hey. Again.""You don't have to take a cab. Drivers in this area are kind of sketchy."
He was right..
"Well, I just have to pray because I don't have another ride-"
"I can drive you home..if you want."
I gave him a small smile and turned to him.
"Really?"He smiled and nodded.
"Yeah. I can't leave a beautiful woman stranded."I chuckled as he held his hand out for me to follow him. I clutched his hand in mine as we walked towards his car. It wasn't far and it was a really nice BMW.
"Damn, nice car.""Thank you." He smiled.
The drive to my apartment was filled with laughter and talking, along with some karaoke. As we pulled up to my apartment, he parked the car and sighed.
"Uh, do you want me to walk you up?"He was so adorable when he was nervous.
I nodded.
"Yeah, if you don't mind.""Of course I don't." He smiled, turning off the car and walking with me.
"Nice complex.""Thank you." I said, stepping out of the elevator on my floor.
We finally made it to my apartment and we stopped in front of my door, standing there awkwardly with each other. There was a lot of tension..
He smiled as we walked up to my door.
"I enjoyed tonight. I mean, you made it enjoyable."I smiled back.
"Thanks. This is the most fun I've had in a while, so you made my night enjoyable too."He nodded as we stood there in an awkward silence again, before I knew it he was leaning in slowly, pulling me slightly closer to him. His lips touched mine softly before quickly pulling away. He chuckled and sighed.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"
