Amari and I hurried to her house in a good mood.
"What are you girls in a hurry for?" Mrs. Parsons asked. Amari and I looked at each other then back at her.
"We got invited to a party" We both said in unison and then laughed.
"Ohh.. who's party?" Mrs. Parsons asked with a smile on her face.
"You know Glizzy right?" I asked and she smirked.
"Yeah, that little boy Mari likes" she chuckled and Amari rolled her eyes.
"Well he invited us to a party, Can we go?" I asked and she smiled waving us off.
"Of course, but be home by 1. And y'all can sleep in for 1 hour, only 1" she said and we both eyed each other.
• Amari's Room •
"Here wear this" she said handing me a glittery dress. I scrunched up my nose and she rolled her eyes.
"Just wear it" she said and I laughed.
"Oh no ma'am, I got an outfit" I said and went into her closet. I walked into her bathroom after getting the outfit.

"I hope your eyes get stuck up there, you keep rolling them" I said and she gasped.
"Your so mean" she pouted and I laughed.
