Gold x Reader x Silver - My Heroes

There's no looking back once I take this step on the boat. Should I stay? But there's nothing here for me anymore. I guess I should go. Goodbye Gold, and Silver.

A slight breeze blew through my hair, and I just looked at my feet as I remember the day I met the two. Back then I only had my (Johto starter) as my only friend, however all the other kids made fun of me, or they were my fake friends, like this guy named "Damien."

*Flashback*

"Hey ____!"

"Yeah Damien?"

"We dare you to go in that building over there." Damien said as he pointed at the Burnt tower in Ecruteak city.

"B-but, it has ghost pokemon. Y-you know I'm afraid of t-t-them....."

"I guess someone is Chicken. Bock bock bock."

"N-n-n-no......"

"Well then go in there."

I started to walk towards the doors of Burnt tower with them snickering behind me. I took out (Johto Starter)'s pokeball, and held it close to me just in case.

I opened the doors, and walked in it was pitch black, the only light in the whole tower came from the doors that I opened.

*SLAM*

Everything went instantly dark as the doors behind me were slammed shut. I raced to the doors trying to find a way to open them but there was no use, but on the other side of the doors you could hear laughing from none other than Damien.

"G-g-guys this is not f-f-funny . Let me out!"

"Haha, I can't believe you fell for it. You're as stupid as they say."

Tears started to run down my face, knowing that my only friends I had were always lying to me.

~10 minutes later~

They finally left the door, but they somehow sealed it shut that it could only open from the outside, and all I could do was huddle myself into a ball, right at the door hoping someone would open it. Then finally when I looked up, I saw a small bit of light coming from the other side of the tower.

I got up and quickly made my way to the other side of the tower, and not running into any ghost pokemon. But once I was there the light was coming from a small crack in the wall, so once again tears started to come out of my eyes.

My crying sounds attracted a Gengar, that came towards me. It wanted to comfort me, but instead I got scared, and ran back to the other side of the tower. I ran straight through the middle instead of the sides, forgetting that there is a big hole in the ground. With everything being pitch black, I couldn't see the hole, so I didn't know when to stop. I fell down the hole all the way to the ground floor, and I heard a big CRACK, as I was now unable to move my leg, and my (johto Starter)'s pokeball rolled across the room. Now I was all alone...

I continued to cry, knowing that now there is no chance of escape......... That same Gengar from before came up to me. I screamed trying to get it away from me, it noticed that and moved to the other side of the room, never leaving me alone just watching me. I finally stopped crying and looked up at the gengar noticing it was sad too, it's been lonely for all this time.

I tried to crawl towards the gengar since it was my only company, but then a strong sudden pain hit my broken leg as I tried to move it. The Gengar noticed I was coming towards it, and instead it came to me. Once it was close enough to me I pulled it into a hug, thanking it for not leaving me alone, in this dark tower.

~20 minutes later~

Gengar went and got me my (johto starter)'s Pokeball, and we just stayed there waiting for someone. Until we finally heard the doors open and lights came into the room. We could hear two male voices yelling at each other, and it sounded like they were going to battle.

'This is my only chance.' I thought I took in one deep breath and yelled, "Help!" I heard them stop talking.

"Where are you?" one of them said.

"down here. I can't get up. I think I broke my leg."

They came all the way down to where Gengar, and I were. One of them had Red hair down to his shoulders, the other had black hair, but he was wearing a cap. They helped me up, while asking me a few questions. They lead me towards the doors, but they left Gengar behind.

"Wait." I said.

"What?" the black hair one said.

"Can my friend come with us?"

"Who?"

I pointed at Gengar, and held my hand out towards him hoping he would take it. He looked at me, but finally came racing towards me.

When we were finally out the two boys took me to the pokemon center, where I was left to recover. They were just about to leave me, when I grabbed their wrists, and they turned around to look at me.

"Thank you for saving me.." I said with a tear coming down from my eye. The one with the black hair gave me a hug, as the other just stood there.

"By the way my name is Gold" The black haired one said with a smile.

"I'm ______! And who is he?"

"NONE OF YOUR BUISNESS!" I put my head down.

"i-i-I'm sorry........" this caught him off guard.

"the name is Silver." I looked up at him, and he was staring at the wall.

This was the start of a new friendship.

*End of Flashback* FINALLY!

I took the step on the boat with my Gengar at my side.

"HEY ____!" I heard Gold's voice from behind me.

"IF YOU GET ON THAT BOAT I'M GOING TO KILL YOU"..... well that's Obviously Silver.....

They finally caught up to me, huffing and puffing.

"Why are you leaving us ____?" – Gold

"Because there is another adventure out there. I don't just want to sit around my whole life."

"So you are just going to forget about us!" – Silver

"I would never!"

"All Aboard!" I heard the captain yell.

"well that's my call, bye guys." I turned to walk on the boat, but they grabbed my wrists, and pulled me back. They both panted a kiss on both of my cheeks. I felt as my cheeks went a dark red.

"Don't forget about us." They whispered in my ears.

"I won't I said." Then I ran on the boat, and the boat started moving, but I just stood there waving at them. Until they could no longer see my boat.

"We are on our way Kanto. Be ready."
