Sighing, (y/n) couldn't help but think that she shouldn't have broken up with Green.

"Maybe.... it's just a misunderstanding...." you mumbled. "No! I saw him with Blue... and worse they were holding hands..."

It was just after school had let out. Sitting in your desk, you sighed. You were so accustomed to watching the pretty boy leaving school, that you hadn't realized that you almost missed watching him leave.

Step, step step... The noise of people walking through the halls was still there, huh....

Gazing out the window, you almost didn't hear the classroom door slide open. Almost. But because you did, you swiftly whirled around, simply to meet the gaze of none other than Green Oak, the most popular boy at your school.

Even though you noticed him, you hadn't noticed the brief second on where his expression looked amazed and... baffled.

"Nice to meet you."

"Hey, how do you do."

Simple greetings, that seemed to lead to absolutely nothing at all. That's all that really occurred that day, before you had decided to head home. Well, that's what you would've liked to do. Instead you walked over, grabbed his hand and said something that no one else would have thought to say.

"I really like you!"

May 18th

The next day after school was a little bit different. Green stayed in the classroom; you had done a quiz in class. He sat at his desk, tapping his pencil, obviously spaced out. You saw him hand in his test, your desk was right in front of his. Even though you both sat by the window, and usually after a test you would just look out at nothing, for once you felt like watching the others.

When you left, you saw he was staring at a piece of lined paper, with very little writing on it. Considering the fact that it might be a love letter, you couldn't help but feel a little hurt.

"Hello. What is it?" You just walked over to his desk.

He stood up. "About the other day..."

Leaning closer, causing him to fall back on his chair, you placed your left hand on your chest. "I meant what I said!"

And again walked out of the room, leaving the brown haired boy to his thoughts.

July 7th, 20XX               8:16 A.M.
(This next part is in Green's POV, and actually the day before you broke up with him.)

Thump. "Ouch!"

'Why did I just have to fall on the floor....'

Sitting up, Green's phone began to ring. Noticing the number, Blue's number, he groaned.

"What the hell do you want, Blue?"

".....Let's make up...."

Time skip;  13:07

"Ugh, stupid Blue. Why would I make up with her if I'm dating (y/n)?"

'Geez, today's traffic sucks balls. Why do I have to cope with this?' (Yep, Green's being a downer.)

After all, you two had a date today; you were planning on going to the pool, and relaxing. It was one of your first dates in a while, seeing as how exams had just started going nuts a few weeks ago.

"Oh! I'm sorry!"

That girl ahead's so annoying! Can't she just move!

Suddenly, she turned around. "Green! So you did decide to meet with me!"

Scowling, Green walked away. "I have somewhere to be, woman. Shove off."

"Geez, I told Green to meet me here! Where is he?"

Looking around, you heard a familiar voice call "Green! So you did decide to meet with me!"

'No way.... Blue?! Why is she with Green? Maybe it's just a misunderstanding...' Deciding to try and believe in Green, you ran towards the voices. Right as you got there you saw the two holding hands.

"(y/n)? Wait, it's not what you think!" Green sounded so desperate...

Just as he managed to grab your hand, you slapped it away. "It's exactly what I think! You really do still love her, don't you Green? You two probably have been dating the entire time, and you just used me as a toy!"

"(y/n)...."

"I'm sorry Green, but it's over between us!"

Crying, you just ran away...
