U mean ur father can't do anything of that sort? Is that how u behave in your family? Shukrah replied scornfully.
Prince zain grew angry and he slapped her. How dare u say that about my own father.
Shukrah started weeping. Prince zain left her and went straight to bed.
The next day,prince zain woke up very early in the morning. He quickly took his bath and was about to set out for his office when shukrah woke up and came to the living room. They did not speak to each other. He brushed past her and left.
After breakfast, shukrah went to visit her father. Yusuf was very surprised to see his daughter who,though radiant looked moody.
My angel how are you?
I am fine,Daddy,shukrah replied.
Anything wrong?you look moody Yusuf inquired.
Daddy am fine. Then all of a sudden she started sobbing.
Angel,Yusuf called his daughter, please,whatever is wrong,tell me. Its when you are happy that I am also happy.
