"Are you sure you're okay now?" Junghwa asked his sister as Jae laid on her bed.
"I guess..thanks for listening..." She sniffled, wiping her eyes.
"Of course I would listen. You're my big sister. I'm sorry this is happening...I don't know him but I'm sure he'll come through. Just give him some time." Junghwa assured her softly and Jae smiled at her brothers positivity.
"Thanks..." She sighed as she rolled over onto her back. "Enough about me and my drama, whats going on with you? What's new?"
"Ah...nothing. Just been in the fan cafe and the internets."
"Oh goodness, what's new in the world of BTS." She asked, curious, because she knew nothing.
"Well BTS twitter posted things for Suga's birthday on Friday-" As soon as those words left her brothers mouth, Jae sat up fast, her eyes wide. "And it was announced that thirty nine orphanages recieved like 22 pounds of korean beef. All it said it was from ARMY but we all know it was Suga. He once said he was going to buy us beef and eat it with us, but now he can't because theres so many of us but he said he was going to fulfill his promise in 2018. He's so great, isn't he Jae?"
"HIs...birthday was?"
"March 9th, it was last friday. Why?" Jae groaned, fully realizing what was wrong. She missed his birthday. She forgot his birthday! She was awful.
"Ah, man!" Jaehwa whine. "No wonder...man..."
"Sarah, whats wrong?"
"Nothing, Joey...hey, sorry to cut this short, but I gotta go. I'll talk to you tomorrow okay?" She asked.
"Okay...? Is everything alright?"
"Yeah! Everythings fine! I promise. I love you kiddo!"
"Yeah, love you too sis...later." With that Jae hung up the phone and went into contacts and found a number she was looking for.
"Hello? Jaehwa? Why are you calling me?"
"I missed his birthday. I forgot Yoongi's birthday!" She exclaimed. "God I'm such an awful perosn, Hoseok! I forgot his birthday, it didn't even register to me that it was March yet."
"Ah...you figured it out..." He replied.
"Yes! I did...and I'm so sorry I missed his birthday! That celebration he invited me too...that was his birthday party wasn't it, Hoseok?"
"Yeah, it was..." He replied. "He really wanted you to come... we all did, but he would've loved to celebrate it with you there."
"I know..I would've come. I really would have if I had remembered...I'm such an idiot! No wonder he hates me..."
"Jaehwa, I told you he doesn't hate you. He can never hate you. He likes you too much." What? Jaehwa's eyes went wide at what Hoseok said. "Ah I mean- He likes you too much, like he likes your friendship? He...uh values your friendship too muc-"
"You're a bad liar." Jaehwa spoke in a small voice. "But I need your help Hoseok."
"Oh For what?"
"Can you bring Yoongi somewhere for me tomorrow?"
"Jaehwa, we're kind of busy tomorrow. We're doing a vid-"
"Please, Hoseok. I need to see him...to give him something. To apologize properly." It was silent on the other end for a minute or two before she heard Hoseok sigh.
"Hold on." He told her and she heard complete silence. He must've put himself on mute so she couldn't hear what was going on. "Okay-" He was back after a few minutes of silence. "I can't bring him anywhere tomorrow. We're actually really really busy tomorrow. And I mean it, we have a shoot tomorrow-" and Jae sighed sadly. "-But.... I can bring you here for a few minutes before we start. It can't be very long, and it'll be early in the morning like 6 am but it's the only time that can work."
"I'll take it." Jae smiled. "Just text me where to meet you okay?"
"Okay, Jaehwa."
"And Hobi..." She spoke up, using his nickname.
"Yeah?"
"Thank you...this means a lot..."
"Anything for you and Yoongi. I'll see you tomorrow okay?"
"Yeah! I'll see you tomorrow." Jaehwa smiled and she hung up. She smiled when she realized she was going to be seeing Yoongi tomorrow.
