I couldn't take it. I suddenly felt light headed. I sat there on the floor, currled in a ball. I couldn't even cry. I held my hand to my heart. It couldn't be. He couldn't be gone.
"Doctor Welsaki! Doctor Welsaki, come quick. A miracle! A miracle has occured!" yelled a nurse who was freaking out.
I followed the doctor and like I guessed he walked into Cameron's room. There were many people in there but somehow I wiggled my way to Cameron's side. The monitor that had gone blank a moment ago was now showing a heartbeat. The 'beep' that was heard a while ago, was no longer here. I felt relief!
"Ev-evelin ..."
"Shh, Cameron don't say anything. You'll hurt yourself." Everyone was just watching us. I was holding Cameron's hand once again and I was sitting on the hospital bed next to him.
"How'd this happen?" asked the Doctor.
"We were talking about this young lady," said the nurse pointing to me, "and at the mention of her name he opened his eyes and the heartbeat was found."
"Impossible! It's ... a miracle!" said the Doctor, shocked.
"I met him ..." said Cameron.
"Met who?" I asked.
"Your grandfather." said Cameron.
"My ... grandfather?" I asked. I was shocked, how? Why him? I would assume he would've said ... God. But my grandfather?
"Yes." he replied. "And he told me ... he told me I couldn't leave you just yet." Tears filled my eyes. Nash somehow made his way inside as well.
"Cam, cameron!?" Nash's eyes were really red, and his voice was more like a whisper. He just stood there, "I thought ... They said ..."
"He's not Nash, that's what matters." I said.
"Oh my god. Thank you," he said. He was at Cameron's side now. Hugging him and at that moment I wish I had a camera to take a picture.
"Let me through," her voice came to me. I quickly got up and before she could make it any further I slapped her. Becky's cheek turned red, and honestly my hand hurt too.
"I don't want you near us again, You hear me!" I yelled. "And I have you know that I already filed a police report and they'll be up your ass in no time. So I hope you have a REALLY good lawyer."
"I do. Amd your ... my daddy is going to help me!" she yelled back at me.
"Ev-evelin? She's not worth it, baby." said Cameron, his voice was so ... weak.
"Just leave Becky." I said. And she did, she turned around and left. Probably to hide from the police.
I came back to Cameron's side and he was saying something that I couldn't make out correctly, "what was that?" I asked.
"Will ... you ... be ... mine ... forever?"
