Chapter Nineteen

KAY POV

"Okay how do I look?" Sasha asked for the fifteenth time because that's how many times he changed his clothes.

"Sasha, baby you look fine". He groaned as he rolled his eyes. "What."

"Now you're just saying that. I think I'm gonna go back to the last outfit." I grabbed his hand before he could go back to his room to change.

"Sasha you look beautiful in anything you put on, and I doubt your brother will even care about what you're wearing. He just wants to spend time with you and for you to meet his girlfriend". It's been a couple days since he was reunited with his brother, but he still gets nervous as excepted, and the last time we had dinner they were both really too shy to dig into each other's lives.

"What if his girlfriend doesn't like me-"

"Then she's crazy". He hit my arm.

"Kay I'm serious."

"So was I". I said just as the door bell rung and he gasped.

"The table isn't ready". He ran to the dinning room and I shook my head as I went to the door. I opened the door to a smiling Alex. I noticed he was nearly in a full tux and his girlfriend was in a beautiful nice dress.... Suddenly I felt underdressed for a simple dinner in my own apartment.

"Hey Kay, I'd like you to meet my girlfriend Karlie". I smiled at her and she smiled back, she was actually a very pretty girl.

"Nice to meet you". I held my hand out but she waved me off before she hugged me, which startled me.

"Sorry I'm a hugger". She spoke giddily before she let me go and her smile seemed to grow.

"Well come on in. Sasha should be in the dinning room". When we got to the dinning room I noticed Sasha had changed his outfit again and I shook my head. Now that I think about it Alex probably changed his clothes a couple times too.

"Sasha". His brother spoke before he hugged him and let go before grabbing Karlie's hand. "This is Karlie". Karlie of course hugged him too and I had to hold my laugh in at his face.

"Ah Sasha it is just so nice to finally meet you. Alexander has told me so much about you and you guys story is just like..... a miracle story. To be reunited is just crazy. But I was so happy when he told me that I literally cried, and can I just say you are truly a beauty... like wow".

"Umm... thank you?" Sasha spoke questionable and I chuckled that time.

"Shall we all sit and get started on dinner". I said breaking the awkward silence that everyone was aware of except Karlie who never seemed to break her smile. They all agreed and went to the table to sit down.

We were half way through dinner, and it was going the same way as it did last time. They both were silent and at this rate they'll never get their groove back. "Okay," I broke the silence and everyone looked at me. "Sasha, don't you have questions for your brother, and Alex don't you have questions for him". They both looked at each other before they looked away shyly.

"Well.... Did you finish high school? I know you said you left the house at 16 but I was hoping you did". Sasha spoke and I saw Alex face light up as he nodded his head and I mentally sighed.

"Yeah I did, I was valedictorian-"

"Really! Gosh I wish I could've seen you cross the stage. Oh what about prom did you go? Do you have pictures?" Alex chuckled.

"Yeah I have pictures, I'll bring them next time and it was a pretty fun night. What about you... did you um.. get to finish high school somewhere else"? Sasha shook his head but he still gave a genuine smile.
