Caffeine

Remy P.O.V

Thomas had a lot of work he had to do today, usually, I would have him go to bed because I make him sleep whenever it's the most inconvenient time for him. But he was already behind, and the fanders were getting impatient. So I gave him one of my many Starbucks to wake up all his mind, and then drank one myself to stop anyone in the mind from sleeping. If Thomas was going to suffer so was everyone else. Sorry not sorry.

After Thomas chugged the whole coffee in like 2 minutes I knew he was going to be wide awake. Thomas doesn't drink coffee every day, and this much caffeine was going to hit his system hard. How do I know this let's just say I drink coffee pretty much every day and I've had some experience. Ironic I know.

Thomas said he didn't feel any different, so I called Logan's adopted brother "Brain" to ask him how he felt. Oh, to fill you in, Brain appeared in the mind space about a month or so ago after the fanders started to put him into fan art with Patton's adopted brother Harley... oh no. Harley was Thoma's heart. He's going to be freaking out, this caffeine must be killing him.

Before brain could speak I called Harley into the real world. To see him hyperventilating. The second he saw Brain he ran over to him and started crying in his arms, this caffeine must be making him overly emotional. Guess we know what caffeine does to Thomas heart.

"Remy!" Brain shouted at me. "Put Harley to sleep! Whatever you did it's hurting him! Help him! Do something!"

"I can't put him to sleep! I'm sorry brain, my powers won't work with Thomas on so much caffeine. You have to calm him down, being the brain you the only one that can fight what the heart is saying. God, I sound like Logan. Figure it out Brain, go see your brother or something. He can help you."

"Okay, Logan and I will figure out something, I'm sure Patton's having some of the same symptoms as Harley." And with that Brain very quickly sunk down. Holding the trembling Harley bridal stile in his arms.

I let out the breath I hadn't realized I had been holding, I'm never giving Thomas caffeine again. When I drink it only seems to affect me and Thomas sleep, but Thomas drinks caffeine...it affects everything thing. Well, with that I took another sip of my Starbucks coffee. Time to go clubbing.

Brain P.O.V

I rose up into Logan's room, to find Logan with Patton trembling and crying in his arms, I guess the same thing that happened to Harley happened to Patton. When Logan noticed I was there he did look surprised only curious.

Now I'm sure at this point you're all probably wondering why I'm not affected by the caffeine. Well, it was affecting me but in a more subdued matter, caffeine doesn't make your brain work better it just makes your heart put faster, which stops you from falling asleep. Caffeine is a drug, just not a super strong one.

"Brain do you know what caused this, and how we can reverse its effects," Logan asked.

"Well, caffeine caused it. As to how to undo it. No clue. Thomas has no information on how to stop an overload of caffeine." (Unfortunately being the brain mean's I'm only as smart as Thomas is. Logan, on the other hand, is Thomas's smarts in general. He can learn and knows beyond what Thomas knows)

"Well, it seems we should just try and comfort them using... my dreaded enemy, emotions." *shudders* Logan replied.

So with that Logan, and I sat down on the bed and started saying comforting things to both Patton and Harley, who were hugging each other.

--TIME SKIP, BECAUSE I'M LAZY AND I HAVE TO DO SUMMER HOMEWORK--

Logan and I soon found out that caffeine for Patton and Harley doesn't just make them emotional. It started out like that sure, but now they're practically jumping off the walls. Logan is sitting in the corner blushing like a madman because Patton just attacked him with playful kisses everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Harley is starting to look suspicious and I'm worried she's going to kiss me. Not that, that would be a bad thing I just...you know never mind.

I started watching Logan again when I heard him grunt. I look over to see Patton had tackled Logan with a hug. Sure it was cute, but Logan fell over! So I went over there to help him up when Harley tackled me. I asked him why, to that, I got the response. "I wanted to, also Patton's having fun let him have fun."

"Fine I won't stop him, sorry Logan, but you have to get off of me," I replied. Harley got off of me and went over to Patton and said I just got really tired I think I'm going to fall asleep. And with that in the probably delirious state, he was in went over and collapsed on to Logan's bed. Harley must have triggered Patton or something because immediately Patton got up went over next to Harley and passed out.

Logan I both sat down breathing heavily, I guess we must have both fallen asleep from exhaustion. Because the next thing I knew the light was streaming through the window, and I could smell pancakes. Which meant Patton must be up!

I shook Logan awake and said to him "Logan, Patton and Harley are gone from your room we have to go find them!" We both rushed out of the room and started speed walking down the hall. (We don't run, we're too proper for that.)

When we got to the common room we see Harley and Patton are eating pancakes and talking in their usually happy voices to each other. When they see us Patton calls for us to come sit down, he then proceeds to ask, "what happened yesterday? Harley and I can't remember anything, except for walking up in Logan's room this morning."

"Where do we even start"...Logan and I proceeded to explain everything. With Patton and Harley blushing when we got to the kissing and falling on top of each other part to put it simply. By the end, they both were blushing messes, but I decided to ask if they meant what they did. They both replied with a very shy yes. It melted my heart the way Harley was looking at me, I just had to. I walked over to him put my hands on his face and said "may I," while looking at his lips. He nodded every so slightly and so I kissed him every so gently. He immediately kissed back, I was so happy that I didn't even notice that Patton was squealing in till after the kiss.

I guess caffeine isn't that bad.

Well, I'm finally done. I finished right after Thomas posted about the second cartoon therapy coming out tomorrow. I'M SOO FREAKING EXCITED!!! Hope you didn't mind me shipping Harley and Brain together, or for that matter making them Logan and Patton's adopted brothers. Stuff like that is going to be happening a lot in this book. So sorry not sorry if you don't like that. Anyway, have a nice day, bu-bye.
