I hopped into the truck, Logan locking up behind me. He's still in his gym shorts, and just threw on a t-shirt to drive me. He still has that sleepy gaze in his eyes, and it's utterly adorable. I walk over to hop in the back of the truck.
"Sit in the front." He runs a hand through his hair
"Oh, are we not picking up your friends?"
"No, we are." He shrugs, gesturing to the passenger seat.
I walk over, trying to hide the wide grin that's threatening to cover my face.
He starts the car up, and a comfortable silence fills the air. Or at least, it seems that way. My mind is still reeling as to what is going on tonight. Maybe it's some sort of gambling? Or something? But they asked about if he was built, so maybe they're gonna beat him up? Oh no, maybe Logan's a hired assassin.
We pull into Ribs house and he comes barreling out, scowling when he sees me in the front.
He hops in the back, "Logan, what the hell I earned the front seat for the whole month! We had a deal!" His tone is playful and joking.
"You're not as hot as she is." Logan says, joking back and I blush. This attention is more than unwanted.
"You got that right" Rib whistles, looking at me. I see Logan's hands clench on the wheel and I smirk. He is affected by it, even if it's just a little bit.
I go back to looking out the window when we pull into Masons house. He greets everyone poitely, and immediately joins their conversation about god knows what.
Then it's Ants house, and I find myself wondering about his name. But I don't want to be impolite. Anyways, Ant doesn't seem like the type to talk. He doesn't say a word the whole car ride.
Arriving at school, Logan pulls up into the front spot. Immediately Ant leaves without a word, and the guys don't shed even a glance.
Mason and Rib get out the back, an I hop out the front. I walk around, joining Rib and Mason near Logan's window.
"Come here princess" Logan smiles, gesturing me over.
I walk over to him, resting my hands on the rolled down window. He leans down, grabbing the back of my neck to tilt my head up. He smirks before leaning down to kiss me. I'm shocked beyond belief, he didn't say a word to me in school yesterday, but now he's kissing me in front of everyone.
I go on my tip toes to get closer to him, and he passionately moves his lips against mine. I hear whistles and cat calls behind us, and feel Logan smirk against my lips.
Running out of breathe, I pull away gasping for air. I look up to see him smirking at me.
"Have a good day Kat" He yells as he backs up, and drives out of the parking lot.
I turn around and see Mason smirking, and blushing. And Rib looking shocked.
"What?" I yell at them laughing.
Rib just shakes his head smirking, before bidding us goodbye and walking away. Mason gives me a curious but knowing look, and we walk in together. Every single girl stops almost dead in their tracks to look at him, check him out. He nervously adjusts his glasses and holds his books tighter against his side.
"They love you!" I mutter joking around and looking about the hallway.
"What?" Mason asks, blushing.
"The girls, they all are checking you out."
"Nah..." He tries to brush it off, but the blush covering his cheeks says otherwise.
