It was Monday today.
Mondays are days that already hold a horrible significance, a reminder of starting a new week. A reminder of the conclusion to your last one.
Mondays are bad enough as it is, even without the game.
Round 1 is today.
And that's why, I'm not getting out of bed.
"Katherine Chambers get up right now." Logans yelling at me playfully while I just dig myself further into the comfort of the blanket.
"No!" I scream dramatically and kicking my feet.
"Come on, you're round isn't even today. This is just when we pick the amount needed for the money round. You just have to show up." He explains, bouncing his butt on the bed trying to get me up.
"Well, Im not going. Go to school." I tell him.
"Katherine!" He whines, drawing out my name. I send him a glare and he sighs.
"Fine. We will skip today. We can go get your stuff from your house."
It's actually a good idea. We need to get our things, and I know we don't have anything going on at school today.
"Whatever." I finally get up, rubbing my eyes and wrapping Logan shirt even tighter around me, not liking the way the cold feels. "It's cold."
Logans immidiatly at my side, sitting next to me and embracing me into a cuddle.
"I'll keep you warm" He whispers in my ear seductively, causing my eyes to roll unknowingly.
"Could you stop being so cheesy for maybe like two minutes?" I joke, leaning further into him.
"No can do, princess." He laughs into my ear, causing weird and wonderful tingles run down my spine.
I lean further into him, his arm wrapping around my waist while my head lays on his shoulder, one of my knees up and over his legs.
"I really like you in my shirt." He remarks, tugging on the warm material.
"It's warm. And it smells like you." I mumble, exhaling.
"I do smell good." He laughs and I get up from my spot in his lap.
"You're so full of yourself." I tell him, joking.
He frowns, "Get back here."
I laugh, running out of the room and towards the the stairs.
"You're chasing me, do you know how corny that is?" I yell, quickly making my way down the stairs.
I hear him laugh, still running after me.
I make it to the bottom of the stairs, and feel a rough arm snake across me waist and push me up against the wall.
"I told you not to run away from me, princess." Logan smirks.
I nod, our close proximity taking away my words, as per usual.
"You're mine. You know that right?" He asks, his voice clear as he leans down, kissing the skin above my ear, our bodies pressed against each other.
"Only if you're mine." I tell him, meeting his seductive gaze and kissing a short sloppy kiss onto his defined jaw.
"Deal." He mumbles before kissing me properly on the lips.
It immidiatly loses its playful touch, the touches turning to pure fire.
"Logan, we have stuff to do today." I tell him, and he moves to kiss my neck.
"Yeah, I wanna do you today." He mumbles, his hands stroking the exposed skin below my shirt.
