"Wake up!" I scream on repeat, jumping on the bee next to Logan.

I tried waking him up in a civilized manner, that didn't work. So now, I jump and be obnoxious.

"Kat, shut up." He groans, burying himself further into the blankets.

"No! We need to leave for school in 5 minutes!" I pout, continuing to jump on the bed next to him.

He groans, finally making his way out of bed and dragging his feet to get changed.

I smile at him proudly before walking downstairs, my bag in hand. He soon follows, his hair messy but perfect.

"Mornin'" He grumbles, pouring himself some orange juice.

He takes a sip, "Fuck!"

I laugh at him, "Everyone knows you can't have orange juice after you brush your teeth, silly." I tell him and he sends me a playful glare.

"Alice is gonna pick me up this morning for school so, you can go on ahead without me." I tell him. I honestly feel bad that I haven't spoken to Alice in a while, besides the casual chit-chat in school.

"She's Hunters wife?" Logan asks, accusation in his words.

"No, she's my best friend."

"She's not driving you, let's go." Logan says harshly, grabbing his bag and walking to the door, his unfinished orange juice on the counter.

"Logan, you can't tell me what to do." I say, walking over and dumping the remains in the kitchen sink, the boy doesn't do anything on his own.

"I do when it involves that jack-ass. What if she's driving him too?" He has a point, Alice doesn't know about the game yet, unless Hunter told her. That's what I wanted to tell her about today, make sure she's careful.

"Why don't you wait, see if he's in the car, then leave?" I propose, walking over and pecking him on the lips before walking outside.

"Fine." He huffs, sitting beside me on the front steps.

"The test is an SAT?" I ask him, changing the subject drastically.

"Yeah, it will be from like 5 years ago so no one's seen it, but yeah. A plain old, SAT." He says grinning.

"I got a 2300."

"I know." He smirks. "I got a perfect score."

I scoff, "No way, you may be smart Logan Chambers but you didn't do better then me on the SATs."

"Did to." He says childishly, sticking his tongue out at me.

I growl at him. His brilliance never siezes to amaze me. He hides it from everyone, including some of his friends. I don't know why, it's not something he should be ashamed of. It's something to be proud of.

I see Alices car pull into the driveway, and immidiatly she gets out of the car, sprinting towards me. I meet her halfway, grabbing her into a bone-crushing hug.

"K, I missed you! You never call anymore!" She exclaims in my ear.

"I know, I know, I'm sorry! But we have a lot to talk about." I tell her and she grimaces.

I turn back to Logan, "I'll see you at school." I smile, and he smiles back.

"Nice to see you again, Alice. Tell your hubby I said Hello." I scowl at him but he just smiles.

He walks over, kissing me on the forehead, "Love you babe, see you at school."

I smile, "I love you! Don't be late, Mister!" I tell him seriously, knowing how him and Mason just, "have to stop for donuts."
