After I finish my fourth episode of Shameless,I take a break from lying on my bed and go to the bathroom. I've honestly been holding it in for a whole episode,they're all like fifty minutes long.

I rushed to the bathroom and lowered my underwear, as I was peeing I realized that I had just began my period and I cuss under my breathe.

I reach over to the bottom of the sink cabinet and search for a tampon. Once I successfully found it I plug it in and pull up my underwear then flush the toilet. I wash my hands with warm water and soap then open the bathroom door and flick the lights off.

"Hey sweetheart" my dad says firmly standing in front of the bathroom door,his arm rested against the door. "Hey" I say trying to squeeze through him. "Where are you going?" my dad asked blocking my exit. "Ethan's dad called,he's in trouble" I explained without giving to much detail. My dad chuckled and looked down for a second or two. "Ethan?"my dad asked in confusion. "You know you're my baby girl,don't you?"he says tucking my hair behind my ear. "Yes"I say looking down and shoving him out of the way walking into my room.

I drive into Ethan's driveway only to see Ian sitting at the doorsteps. Alone,warn out,I can see a mile away - that he looked confused.

I walk out of my car and slam my door,I proceed to lock it with the button on my key. "Hey buddy"I say walking towards Ian. "H-Hey"Ian says looking up at me. "Heard you needed a sitter"I say with a smirk,teasing Ian. He chuckles and speaks softly, "I'm to old for a baby sitter". "True that"I jokingly agree taking a seat next to him. As my buttocks made contact with the concrete stairs I felt a shiver rush through my body. "You're like what...fourth seven now? Is it?" I add giving Ian a gentle shove. "Shut up" he playfully says.

"So what's up? Wanna head inside? We can play video games or something" I suggested. "No it's okay,I like it out here. The weather feels good" Ian says with a light shrug. Moments of silence filled the air as Ian and I stared into the dark streets,looking at absolutely nothing.

"You know this is your fault right?" Ian says breaking the silence,he said it with a soft tone. "What?"I questioned gently. "He tried to do what he did because of you. You let his video out"Ian reminded. "Ian I didn't mean to do th-" before I can finish my sentence Ian interrupted me and began to talk over me. "You were supposed to be his best friend,our family"Ian says slowly standing up. "Ian, I understand but please,I didn't mean to hurt him I just wanted to help him come out. Show who he really is. Look you probably won't understand because you're still young and have a lot of things to experience"I admitted. "Well they know now,are you happy? And I'm not that young" Ian says going inside and shutting the door behind him.

I didn't chase after him,I thought it was pointless.I decided to let Ian have some time alone and went back into my car,thinking about all that Ian said,about how it all could've been true.

I take my phone out and decide to speak to Chad,in hopes that he'll help just get my mind off of the guilt I was feeling.

15 minutes into talking and I feel no different,I opened up to Chad about it but my mind is still playing games.

"So just know that,he'll be fine,you'll be fine. I'll be fine,we'll all be good alright?"Chad says over the phone trying to wrap up our Ethan conversation.

"Let's go somewhere". I suggested

"Aren't you supposed to be babysitting his brother?"Chad asked.

"Yes but he's fine. He's probably asleep by now". I pointed out.

"Well,where did you want to go?"

"Golstate Bridge" I say.

"Why would you wa- fine ,I'll come but I won't stay for long" Chad agreed.

"Great I'll see in a bit"I say before hanging up the phone.
