Officer Rose: I know a person by that name, and it's a rad name, but we aren't in kindergarten anymore. Names should always be capitalized! My fellow officer and I always try to enforce the rule as best as we can.
Officer Teal: It's a name, and in fact, it's the title of one of my favorite songs by my favorite band. However, names should be capitalized.
