Yoongi might just be a rich man.
Yoongi's house was incredibly huge. There were possibly four to six bedrooms in this house. I never imagined that Yoongi came from a family this well off.
We all roamed around, idling throughout the home in shock. Jiyeon seemed completely unfazed, as she immediately went towards the kitchen counter and leaned against it cheerfully. "Mrs Min."
There was a woman whose head was completely engulfed in the fridge. At the sound of her name she quickly popped out. If I remembered correctly, she's Yoongi's step mother.
I was quick to run towards the shocked woman. She seemed surprised to see so many people in her home. "Yoongi." She stumbled towards the counter in pure shock. "Are they all your friends?"
Yoongi looked around aimlessly. "I'd say only those two are close friends, the rest are more of acquaintances." He pointed only at me and Jiyeon and brushed everyone else off. Taehyung whined about how he considers Yoongi a friend and etc., But I was more focused on the fact that I'm actually considered his friend.
"Oh Yoongi, my love." His step mom chuckled while Yoongi grimmaced at the sweet name. "You wouldn't bring people over if they all weren't your friends."
Yoongi stood silent, then, his step mother began her introduction. "I'm Min Eunbin, Yoongi's step mother."
Taehyung waltzed over as well, seemingly interested in the woman's enthusiasm.
After her, we all introduced each other in return, apart from Jiyeon, who Eunbin recognized almost immediately. I noticed Eunbin was wearing physician scrubs with a white coat draped around her. Her scrubs were a deep teal, which, of my knowledge of the hospitals near me, is for doctors. The light shade, turquoise, was usually what the nurses wore, I could distinguish them apart easily because one of my aunts in Busan was a nurse and she would show and tell me a lot of things.
Eunbin maneuvered Around the counter, squeezing in between me and Jiyeon. "So, you two are Yoongi's best friends?"
I was hesitant to answer because I wasn't sure how Yoongi really felt towards me, but Jiyeon, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. "Yoongi is one of my closest friends, I love him." She smiled brightly.
Eunbin clenched at her chest. "Ah! My heart! Too cute!"
"Eunbin, please, stop." Yoongi stepped in between his step mom and Jiyeon. "Everyone, make yourself at home." Yoongi averted his attention to Jiyeon. "Come with me."
We were all left in silence as Yoongi dragged Jiyeon away. It was notable that some of us in this group wouldn't even talk if it wasn't for Jiyeon. Now she left us to fend for ourselves. The only person I'm concerned about getting a long with is Jungkook, but Jungkook seemed concerned with no one other than Jiyeon.
I turned towards Eunbin who was also at a loss of words, like everyone else. But, the charismatic woman could only figure out one thing to say. "Well, this is awkward."
Jiyeon
Yoongi lead me to his room, slinging me inside and closing the door behind us. I didn't question his intentions until I heard the click of the door locking.
Oh.
I uncomfortably sat on the bed, watching as Yoongi approached me and flopped down beside me. He laid on the bed, pulling me down as well to lay next to him, the closeness nearly giving me a heart attack.
He tugged my wrist up, gaping at the bracelet I just received from him the other day. Then, he groaned in disappointment. "I was hoping you would just forget about that thing."
