MINA'S POV
It was about midnight when we decided to go home because Yonghwa oppa have been calling him, so we do not have any choice but to go. He stood up, but I didn't because he just left our leftovers on the picnic mat. He didn't bother to clean it up, so I shouted.
"Yah! Noodle Boy!" I yelled and he looked back at me.
"You're still sitting? I thought you followed me already." He walked back at me and offered our his hand. Maybe he thinks that I can't stand up on my own. I looked at his hand and rolled my eyes. So, he chuckled, "What's with the stare?" He asked.
"Aren't you going to clean up our mess here, Noodle Boy?" I asked back which made him laugh.
"Let them clean it up--"
"Clean this up or else--"
He leaned his face towards mine, smirking, "Or else what?" He whispered.
I furrowed my eyebrows and pushed him away, "Or else I'd kick your ass off this building." I threatened. Oh, I'm serious about kicking some ass, but he just laughed at what I said. He helped me clean the area and we both headed back to our units.
He's strangely quiet as we were inside the bus and that's really weird since he talks all the time. He's got something to brag anytime and he's got unnecessary things to say, but he's plain quiet right now which made me very curious why.
"The heck with you?" I asked and he immediately looked at me. His eyes were glued to the outside of the window, watching over every person on the street. His eyes were a bit widened, probably asking why. He also hummed a yes and his eyebrows are slightly raised.
"What?" He asked, very innocent.
"You seem lost." I answered.
He chuckled and sighed, "I'm just thinking."
"About?"
"The girl that I will marry in the future." He answered which made me more curious now. "My parents won't tell me who she is." He snickered and shook his head, as if he's telling me to forget whatever he said.
"Then nag them, so they would tell you who that bitch is." I smirked and so he laughed a little.
He sighed and nodded slightly, "I would."
"How do you feel about it?" I asked. He shrugged both of his shoulders as if he doesn't bother on answering my question, but he still managed to give me a reply.
"I feel..." he paused for a moment. "...a bit distracted, I guess?" He sighed, a bit deeper this time. "I really don't know. I'm a graduating student, so I'm really busy these days. I know I have to focus on my studies. I don't have time to think about the girl I told you about." I didn't know how to react since he's becoming serious. It's very rare for me to see him in this way, thinking deep than usual. I guess there's still a side from Noodle Boy that he's afraid of showing.
"Do you think you have any chance of falling in love with her?" He chuckled and faced me. He must've thought that I'm kidding, so he chuckled, but then he went back to being serious.
"I actually don't believe that love can be learned." He replied. "When I met Seulgi, I fell in love in first sight. I didn't have any lessons nor I taught myself on how to love her. I just laid my eyes on her and felt this feeling that I've never felt before." He has a point. From what he said, I think I believe him. We have this same perspective when it comes to love. Maybe because we're on the same shoes. We're both in the same situation in which we would marry someone for business.
