Chapter 39: Double Dating

-Mark's POV-

After we finished our first day schedules for making our Japanese album and all that jazz, Jackson and I are called down to a conference room. It is yet again, twice in one day for Jackson.

It's night time-around 10 PM. Like, c'mon. But Jackson got called down at 6 AM so he had it worse.

I just snicker under my breath.

"Is there something you gotta say hyung? Huh? What's so funny?"

"You!" I gasp out while laughing so hard.

"Shut up!" Then Jackson punches me in the arm very hardly.

I give him a snarl and chase him down to the conference room. We enter panting and out of breath.

"Practicing late into the night eh?" JYP grins.

"Uh, yes sir," I say after Jackson and I glanced at each other.

Then I notice JYP, the CEO of SM, managers, publicists, Jae Hwa...and Grace.

What the hell is going on?!

Jackson and I sit down in seats near our manager before JYP starts speaking.

"Everyone is called here because we need to inform you guys first and foremost about what exactly is going to go on."

"We have Jae Hwa and Mark in the middle of a fake relationship. Also we have Jackson and Grace in another fake relationship. This is because of all of the scandals between JYP and SM recently," the CEO of SM explains.

"And now to put the relationships into the news and media to get everything straight, we are having you guys go on a double date. After that goes, we'll move on from there."

"To respond to questions from the press, be straightforward about the relationships. Say yes, you are dating so and so. This will also be filmed for 'Real Got7' for JYP and 'Rookie Groups 101' for SM. Both are video blogs for the YouTube channels."

"Your first double date will be tomorrow night at 7 PM. It will be held at a fancy restaurant in Gangnam. Make sure to look nice. A limo will pick Jackson, Mark, and Jae Hwa up first at 6 and Grace at 6:05. Got it?"

"Ne," we all answer.

Jackson and I walk quietly back to our dorm, deep in thought.

So oh my God. I am in shock. That is exactly how I feel. It just feels so weird. Everything is weird from seeing Grace again to going on a double date to the concept of dating.

I guess I would have never experienced such stressful things if it wasn't for Grace. But this is how I must live. This is who I am today. I must deal with this all.

-Jae Hwa's POV-

I'll finally have the chance to meet Grace formally. She looks really pretty in person. I don't know what to call her-by her stage name or English name? To call her unnie or not?

Honestly I am very excited yet nervous about this all.

I finally get the chance to "formally" date Mark and to go to a fancy restaurant and dress up all nicely. But my face will be plastered EVERYWHERE and I will he filmed.

This is all nerve-wracking. My heart is already pounding and there are butterflies starting to flutter around in my stomach.

As I head back to my dorm I start to skip and smile widely. All of a sudden I feel all giddy and happy.

I've never felt this way before. It's something new and exciting to experience.
