||Quirk Description||
With this Quirk, anyone who makes physical contact with the user will be put into paralysis shock and won't be able to move for 2 minutes. This ability cannot be turned off. Things that are insulators will prevent the paralysis shock. The user can wear insulators to protect themselves.
||Quirk Limitations||
• The Quirk only works on people
• The Quirk cannot be turned off
• The user cannot safely make physical contact with people without protection
