A few months later and her and her sister were declared a healthy weight and as the man who had took them in had promised, he took them to work with him to meet his 'friends'.

Delaney held her sister close as they sat in the back of the all-too-familiar car that constantly smelt new and clean, no matter what he carried in it whether that be spiced meats, or even a McDonalds for the girls.

She hummed along to the radio, one of the songs she used to dance to on and she bobbed her head as she looked out the tinted window until they pulled into a garage.

"Delaney, Eden, let's get out." The man smiled and opened the door for both the girls who unbuckled and happily got out the car. It didn't matter how much they'd trust this man with their lives, Delaney always went into 'mum mode' as soon as they entered a new environment. Whether that be the man's family's house, the new supermarket that had just opened or one of the stores nearby that sold Ramen.

Delaney held onto Eden's hand tight in a way to protect her before following the man dressed all in black to the elevator.

He lead them down winding corridors until they reached a room.

"They can be a bit... rowdy sometimes. But that's their charming point." He chuckled lowly before opening the door.

The girls ears were filled with the pounding beat of one of the songs that had just came onto the radio. Delaney entered first, blinking at the bright lights before her eyes adjusted and seven men turned to her and Eden. She pulled Eden behind her protectively, a glare present until one of the seven men smiled brightly.

"Manager Sejin!" One grinned. "How have you been?"

"They look like the men off one of the music videos you learnt the choreography too..." Eden whispered in Delaney's ear. She nodded, eyes still scanning the seven boys for any threat before Sejin pushed them both forward. "If we trust Sejin, we can trust these men too."

Delaney sighed softly and let go of Eden, who peeked out from behind Delaney and smiled brightly.

"Hello! I'm Eden!" She smiled brightly despite the lack of confidence in her voice, and Delaney watched her younger sister with a soft smile.

"I'm Delaney, it's a pleasure to meet you all." She spoke, confidence laced through it. However, her smile wasn't as big as Eden's. After all, these men could still be a threat to her younger sister-

"It's a pleasure to meet you both. Manager Sejin told us so much about you two!" One grinned.

"We're BTS." Another announced and Eden and Delaney looked between each other before looking back at Sejin and then at the men.

"Who?" Delaney asked in full seriousness.

"You don't know us?"

"No, why would we when we've basically lived on the streets for years?" She retorted, earning a raised brow from Sejin.

"Ah, well we're a group. We perform and write music. This is Namjoon, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook." The one with broad shoulders smiled kindly. "I'm Seokjin."

"Delaney here knows your music." Sejin patted her on her shoulder.

This was punishment for being sassy. She thought.

"She learnt the choreography to Save Me and she practiced it until her moves were perfect." Sejin grinned. "Show them!"

So Taehyung went and eagerly put the music on and Eden, with a giggle, pushed Delaney forwards.

Delaney at this point couldn't back out, so she did what she used to do to keep her sister alive.

She danced.
