Months passed and she had learnt how to dance rather well, however it never drew in the same attention as the children at the cafe did that one time. It earned even more stares from passerby's if anything.

There were a few people who liked her dancing and dropped some change onto the blanket or onto the bag as they passed by.

But it wasn't enough to get a roof over their heads at the cheapest hotel, it wasn't enough to provide warm meals-

She sighed quietly in the darkness, her younger sister already fast asleep. Her head fell back against the wall and she closed her eyes, begging the tears she could feel well up not to fall.

The world was a cruel place after all.

The next morning, they rushed to the shop a few doors away from where they sat to get some fresh fruit which they were finally able to afford.

They ate it as they walked back from the shop, humming in delight at the juice that exploded into their mouths with each bite until they reached where they'd usually sit for the day, the stuff that they always left there was gone.

The blanket, the plastic bag, everything.

This caused tears to well in her eyes and she looked around as anger bubbled up inside of her. What person takes a homeless' belongings?

"It'll be okay-" Her younger sister held her hand gently, looking up at her with innocent eyes. "We have each other, and that's all we need!"

She forced a brave smile onto her face before nodding in agreement. "Of course! And neither of us will leave each other!"

So the day after that, after studying dances on the TV in the shop all day, she worked harder than ever to dance. To get money to buy the reduced blanket in one of the shops just for her sister, even if it meant she couldn't eat for a couple of days-

She noticed the gaze of a man on her as she danced from the cafe beyond her, a girl group song was played from the music store beside them and she remembered the choreography, so her body automatically started dancing along.

Once the song was done, her stomach rumbled and the man had risen from his seat and walked over the road in her direction.

"Hello, I'm Sejin. I have been watching your dance and then realised you don't exactly seem to have a home. I noticed you both yesterday too." He looked over her shoulder at the younger girl who was curled up, the lack of muscle and fat on her making her easily cold.

The girl kept quiet out of politeness.

"I was wondering if you two would like to have a better chance of life with me? You clearly have some sort of talent in dancing and I can help you increase that talent-"

Before she had a chance to reply, her little sister nodded excitedly. "We stay together though, don't we?" She spoke happily. The man, now named Sejin, nodded. "Then we'll come with you!"

"Okay, I've parked my car a few streets over, are you both okay to walk?"
