The Christmas Proposal Part 1

Lizzy POV

It was nighttime. Kelli was helping me put up me and Selena's Christmas tree. I groaned as I tried to put the star on top. Lexi stayed behind to watch Daniel. Least she have me as his babysitter. "All done?" Kelli said. I nodded and got down from the ladder. The tree looked so pretty. I smiled at its shimmering ornaments and the beautiful star on top. "So pretty!" Kelli said. I nodded in agreement. "Yeah. You helped Justin put up yall's tree?" I asked. She smiled and nodded. Her phone beeped. "Oh damn! It's the gift card!" She said, typing on it. Gift card? For what? "For what?" I said. She squealed. "My Christmas gift for Justin! It's not a gift card its something else." She said. I giggled. "I'm sure he'll love it." I told her. Soon Selena walked in. Her face lit up at the sight of the tree. "Babe this is so beautiful!" She said. I laughed. "Yup. So amazing." I said. She smiled and ran into my arms. I picked her up and kissed her lips. She kissed my cheek as I hugged her. Kelli chuckled. I quickly put her down and acted like nothing happened. I fake coughed. "Kells you might have to go. Don't wanna waste your time getting Jay's gift." I said. She nodded and waved bye. Selena looked at me. "I'm so happy Christmas is here. So that way you'll spend it with my family." She said. Spend Christmas with her family? I haven't thought about that. I gave her an unsure look. "Sel I don't know. I haven't thought bout it since December started." I told her. She rubbed my hair. "It's ok. But don't you wanna spend it with my family? You had spend it a lot with yours." She said. My brain clicked. I smiled widely at her. "Yes! Yes I do!" I said excitingly. She screamed happily and I laughed. She kissed and hugged me. "Ok what day we leave for the plane?" I asked. "Tuesday. The plane leaves at 8:30." She said. I nodded. I looked at the mistletoe. Selena smirked and pulled me to it. We was under the mistletoe and she looked at me. Though she dyed her hair blonde, her brown eyes still sparkle. She wrapped her arms around me and we kissed passionately. I held her butt as our lips touched. We slowly let go of each other. "Now. We gon treat it like we 17 again." I purred in her ear. She smirked and playfully stuck her tongue. I playfully growled like a lion. She chuckled and we head upstairs. This is like an early Christmas gift imma get.

In our bedroom, she kissed my neck softly as I rubbed her hair. I opened my mouth and she explored again. Before we could go any further, my phone beeped. It was Lexi. I groaned and answered. "Hello?" I said. I heard a popper go off. "Hey! Merry Christmas!" She squealed. I smiled. "You too!" I said. Suddenly I heard noises. It sounded like two little boys. "Who's that?" I said. "That's Daniel and my other son Ronnie." She told me. I chucked a bit. Ronnie and Daniel huh? "Cool! How's Daniel?" I said. She laughed. "He's having fun! Are you gonna celebrate Christmas with Selena?" She asked. I nodded. "Yup! I have that special something for her." I whispered. She mouthed ooh in shock. "Is it very very special?" She whispered. Oh the most special of all time. "Trust me." I said. She cheered quietly. "Ok just know I'm watching you." She said. I smiled a little. "Awww Lex." I mumbled. She scoffed. "Literally. Look in your purse." She said. I opened my purse to see a video camera inside. I growled. "A video camera?!" I said. "Yes I never miss Christmas with you and I'm not planning to. So don't throw it away." She said and hung up. I groaned and climbed under the sheets to sleep. Oh she's for real watching me like a hawk.

It was 9am. I finished packing my other suitcase. Me and Selena was getting ready to see her family. She came in the room brushing her hair. "Everything good?" She said. I nodded. She put it down and kissed my cheek. I blushed. "We gon have a very Merry Christmas." I purred in her ear. She smirked. I giggled. "I mean with your family." I said. She smiled and wrapped her arms around me. "It'll be so fun! Even Gracie loves you." She said. I kissed her hand and she let go of me. "Ready?" She said. I gripped the handle on my suitcase. "Ready!" I said. We left to the airport. The surprise and family.....here I come.
