"Hello? Lizzy! Wake up! It's Christmas!" I heard Lexi. She was speaking from the video camera that was in my purse. I groaned and held the pillow close to me. "She's right! It's Christmas." Selena said. I rolled my eyes and gripped the pillow. She smirked and got on top of me. I smirked back in mimicry. "Cmon Babe! Everyone's already downstairs! Cmon!" She pleaded. I ignored again. "Would you want me to wake you with a trumpet?" Lexi said. I quickly got up and went to the bathroom. Lexi laughed. "Works every time." She mumbled. Selena went downstairs to see her folks. I looked at myself in the mirror and went back in the room. I grabbed a small green box gift. It was for Selena. That very very special present for her. "Is that her gift?!" Lexi said. I mouthed shhhh to her. She squealed in excitement. "She's gonna be so happy!" She said. I playfully rolled my eyes. "Lizzy! Come down!" I heard Selena. I walked off then Lexi cleared her throat and smirked. I groaned and took the video camera with me. I came down and her whole family was in the living room, opening gifts. I smiled and joined her as I opened some gifts from her. Selena got me a new customized iPhone case with the Swagg word golden. I squealed and hugged her. A framed photo of when we first met with heart and kiss emojis on it. I tried to fake cry and she nudged my leg. I giggled. I gave my gift to Mandy. Yes I had a present for my girlfriend's mom. She opened it. It was a 200$ gift card from her favorite fashion boutique. She smiled at me. "Thank you so much Lizzy!" She said and hugged me. I hugged back. I went and pulled a large gift that was for Gracie. "What's that?" She asked. Selena smiled. "It's your gift!" She said. She cheered and tried to open it. I helped her and it was Barbie's Dreamhouse. She screamed happily. We laughed. "Thank you Lizzy!" She said and I hugged her tight. She looked at Selena. "Sel! I got Stacey and Chelsea!" She said and showed her the dolls. "I know!" She said. I smiled. I'm actually glad I'm spending Christmas with her family. Lexi squealed and clapped from the camera. "Amazing gifts!" She said. I chuckled and looked at her. "Now for the ultimate for one special girl." I said and winked. She gave a thumbs up as I went back upstairs. I looked in my purse and found the green box. I smiled but felt so nervous. This is the moment and it has to be perfect. Perfect for her. I quickly took it and ran downstairs. Everybody finished opening gifts. I took a deep breath and smiled. "Babe?" I said. She looked at me. I smiled. "Here." I said and gave her it. She unwrapped the wrapper. It showed an engagement ring with a bright green diamond.

She gasped and so did everyone. I took it off out the box and slowly got on my knees. She covered her mouth in shock. I cleared my throat. "Selena Marie Gomez...you have given me everything I dreamed. You are the one person that gets me and understandable of what I would go through. I risked my life to save yours and I know you would do the same. God you're everything I imagined my soulmate to be. Beautiful, strong, caring, graceful and especially talented. You never cease to amaze me with your enthusiasm. There's plenty of girls out there but God created one so different than others. You were there when I couldn't be alone to celebrate the anniversary of my aunt's death. And I couldn't live a day without calling you my wife. Selena, would you marry me?" I said. She had happy tears falling from her face. Lexi kept squealing and squealing. "Yes Lizzy. Yes!" She said in a crying voice. I picked her up and spun her around. Everybody applauded for us. We kissed passionately again and Lexi screamed excitement. "I'm so happy for you!" She cheered. Everyone stopped cheering and looked at the camera. I playfully rolled my eyes. "Guys it's my cousin Lexi inside the video camera! She wanted to stay in touch with me on Christmas. Say hi Lexi!" I said and Lexi waved from the camera. They awkwardly waved back. Selena laughed and put the ring on her finger. We went back to celebrating the holiday....and our engagement!!
