(first, I want to say, I am SOOO sorry for the long wait. My best friend since I was little moved back from Illinois and I have been with her, so that's the reason I haven't updated.)
I woke up smiling in Ansel's arms, I missed this so much. I looked over at the love of my life and thought to myself, I would never want to picture a world without him. I gently untangled his arms from my body and put on my clothes.
I kissed his head softly before going to the girls room to check on them, luckily they were both still asleep. The house was quiet, peaceful, I wondered what my life would be like if Ansel and I didn't start dating....and what a worthless world that would be.
I silently made his coffee while I took some time to read The Fault In Our Stars again. I've always liked to picture Ansel's and I's love like that...only without the dying part.
I heard footsteps and then felt two arms wrap around me, as Ansel whispered softly into my ear. "you're so beautiful...I don't get tired of looking at you." and if you were wondering, he was quoting TFIOS to me.
"Thank you.." I mumbled and kissed his cheek.
"are you feeling better?" I knew what he was talking about, I winced at the memory.
"a bit..."
"Well yesterday Heather stopped by to tell me that after the baby is born, she is giving it to me. Would that be okay?"
I thought about this for a moment.
"Would I be the mother?"
"Yes..."
"Then yes." I giggled softly. "Did we use protection last night?" I asked softly, rubbing my stomach.
"I don't think so.."
I felt my smile get bigger, huge to be exact.
"Do you think I could be...You know?" He thought about it, before giving me a tiny smile.
"Perhaps." I squealed and hugged him. "i'll check in a week." He nodded smiling also and kissed my cheek.
"Are the girls asleep?"
"Passed out."
I handed him his coffee as he sat me down on his lap. Things were going to get better...right?
