Mornings Like This

Warnings: none just a lot of fluff

Usually when you woke up Loki would already be awake and making you breakfast or simply just getting ready. Today however, you managed to wake up just before he did which meant you were blessed with an almost angelic sight, Loki sleeping.

His raven hair usually sleek and well kept was now fluffy and messy, his face looked peaceful and more youthful than when he was awake, and one of his arms was wrapped protectively around your waist, pulling you close to his body.

You didn't want to touch Loki in fear of waking him up and ruining the peacefulness of the moment, but you couldn't help your self and you ended up gently moving some of his dark hair that was in front of his face behind his ear, and then you pressed a soft kiss to his forehead.

Unfortunately, that was all it took for Loki's gorgeous ocean eyes to flutter open as he let out a small yawn, causing you to giggle. "Good morning sleepyhead," you teased, while pressing another kiss to his forehead.

"Good morning love, do usually just stare at people while they sleep?"

You blushed a tiny bit causing a tired smirk to form on Loki's face.

"No, it's just you're always awake before me so this was the first time I've really seen you asleep, and you just look so cute and peaceful."

Loki smiled at you warmly and then brought you close to his body as you entangled your legs with his under the sheets.

"Well then how about we sleep for a while longer?"

"I'd love nothing more."

Loki kissed your neck a few times before burying his head in your hair and then falling back asleep. It was mornings like this you loved the most because it was just you and him; and you wouldn't trade that for anything in the world.

A/N: Hello everyone, I'm really sorry this is so short it's just, I don't know, recently I've just had a lot of writers block for my Loki Imagines at least, but hopefully my next one will be longer I'll try my very best.
