ONCE AGAIN

Five days later,  Trey, my little brother woke me up by jumping on my bed.

"Get up Gaby! Get up!" He exclaimed

"What do you want?" I growled getting up

"We have to go grocery shopping with mom, the both of us have alreday bathed . Please get up!"

I groaned but made my way to the bathroom

After showering and picking my clothes , i changed into my black shorts , a pink tank top, black kimono and some pink sneakers.
He'll yeah, I'm a pink freak lol
I grabbed my phone and hurried downstairs, to the kitchen.
I could smell breakfast being cooked downstairs. I trotted down the steps to find mom in the kitchen flipping pancakes .

"Hey baby , slept well?" Mom said smiling down at me

She sits the spatula down and walks over and kisses me on the cheek.

" I did sleep well , thank you for asking "

I say This as I sit on one of the table chairs.

"Ummm mom, Jayson called me last night"

My mom notices the sad look on my face and drops what she is doing and walks over to me

"What did he say?I hope everything is alright. " she places her hands on my shoulders as a way of consoling me

"Yes yes , everythimg is alright,  he was apologising, apparently he has been saying sorry ever since we were at camp."

"Gaby, you need to understand that apologising won't erase the damages and pain he's caused you. Honestly,  I don't like that boy and I don't think you should go anywhere near him.If I'd known thst he'd be at that camp, I wouldn't have....

" mom! He's just asking for forgiveness,  not that he wants us to...to get back together.
I'm she notices my stammering because she gives me an unbelieving looks as she furrows and raises her eye brows

"Are you sure he never said anything about getting you back?"

"Yes mom , I wouldn't know what he's tryna get at by saying sorry but I'm convinced that all he wants is my forgiveness. "

I had to lie because y'all know how sensitive my mom can get.

"If you say so, but please be careful with this boy, I know you really like him and I wouldn't wanna nurse another broken heart in the future ... "

she hands be a plate full of pancakes , I walk over to the fridge to get some Apple juice, my favourite,  and the 3 of us  have our breakfast

As soon as we reach the mall, mom gives me a list of the things we have to buy.

"Mummy ,  I need new soccer sneakers as well as a costume for Brad's winter birthday party,, I want to be dressed like spider man."

"Okay , Gaby can add that to the list , we have to be quick, I need to go to the saloon later, I'm sure you two won't mind catching a cab back home. "

We start with the shopping , Trey ends up picking 5 extra items that were not on the list but mom doesn't complain . It's really not fair because when I try doing it, I get scolded and all I end up getting is a single chocolate , too much for being a grown up 17 year old.

"Baby, I have to go to the saloon now, could you please help Trey with his party costume, I'll make it up to do dear.
With that , she kisses both of us goodbye.

"I really like this one , can I try it out Gaby..Please"

This was the fifth outfit he'd tried on. I was getting sick of this . Sometimes i think that having a baby sister would have been better Teey, he can be a pain in the a as at times.

We spend about an hour , looking for an appropriate costume until we found a black and red jumpsuit-like Spiderman outfit together with a matching mask.

"Could we go and get some icecream at Pabloz."

"Okay little one ,let's go."

We make our way to Pabloz, our favorite icecream place.

" Gaby look! There is Brad! " he said as he runs over to his Best friend , Brad.

Brad is the only child in his family,  but I wonder who the guy he's standing with is. He looks tall and judging from his back view, he's a well built sexy god and I really do wonder what his face looks like.
I follow Trey who keeps running towards Brad as if he hadn't seen him in a decade. They embrace each other with a hug and as I finally reach where they are standing , I get the shock of my life when I see the guys face. What was George doing here, let alone with Brad .Where they somehow related?

"Hey Gaby how are you!?"

"Hey Brad , I'm fine , how are you?"

I say as I walk over to him, bending down to place a kiss on his cheek.

"Look guys , this is my cousin George,  he moved over to our house last week and he'll be staying with us."

"Hey Geo, I'm Trey and this is my boring sister Gaby. "

Had he just called me boring , and who said I couldn't introduce myself

You see why I say that Trey can be annoying at times

"Brad, we were about to go for icecream at Pabloz,  you guys could join us" that's how Trey is like when Brad is around,  they act as if no none else exists. The best friendship is just too much

" If he agrees then we will go , please Geo can we go with them"

he looks at George with a cute "grinnish" smile on his face , no one could say no such a pretty boy. Brad had cute ocean blue eyes which were kinda big, his blonde hair wasn't as long because his parents took him for a haircut every two weeks , the same applied for Trey. Brad had full pink lips and I could tell that he would grow up and become one of those sexy guys that every girl wished to have, he would be the Jayson type lol

"It's okay champ, we Will go with them. George was talking to Brad but he couldn't get his eyes off me .

This world is too small
We just had to meet once again
