For so long I was used to the fact that new things only come after a new year but the story of my life made me anticipate surprises every moment. For instance the sun, it's meant to shine but sometimes it's outclassed by the clouds not necessarily because it's not that powerful and all, but because clouds are literally clouds. That's the same case with my mom, if she gets time to sit down and consult her brains, nothing will go my way. After she had digested and was almost done healing from her mom's death, she had a Piranha 3DD in mind for me (horror and comedy).

One Chilly Afternoon

"So I've been thinking of late, and it came to my attention that you have to move on with your life and be the best of both worlds. I've always been uptight on you and sometimes I barely gave you space to explore and just be yourself because I'm your Mom and insecure. You know, when I found out that your father had been making a fool out of me, I vowed to myself that I'll keep you close under my wings for as long as I know what's right but I'm human and one day I might have to leave you with the world, then what?"

My mom said as we watched some TV.
Already, she had me wondering where she was going with this but all I knew, I wasn't gonna like it!

"I know that you really don't like the idea of being at a boarding school. I also didn't like it but you know how good Mikayla's mom is ,at convincing. So ,I've decided that you should change schools. That way, we will spend more time together , your grandma's death made me realise that life is too short and we need to spend almost every moment of it together. "

"Ohh really!! Which school do you want me to go to.? "

Of course I was going to miss learning with Mikayla, Helen, Annie, Kim and the others but I was surely happy. That was was just hell on earth and no one could get used to that.
"I was thinking of Southerton High School. Its the only school that's closer to this place. Plus you know quite a lot of people, including your boyfriend and Geo , from that school so it won't be hard to fit in."

"But you know that Rachek and Rashid also learn there right. I'd have to bump into dad more often, plus what if they try to pick a fight with me?"

"Don't worry Gab, you'll be fine my baby. Don't worry about all that."

BACK TO SCHOOL

Alright, the way that people are just starring at me is making me nervous rn. This is the moment I should just confront one of them onlookers, but that wouldn't be a great way to start my day at my new school. This guy has to be heaven sent cause his timing is just wow, right on the dot.

"Hey princess? I see you not a fan of attention lol. I bet you didn't even realised that you going to the Junior blocks instead of the senior. Your class is two blocks after the fountain you just passed."

The moment you hear the word Princess then you know it's Geo! I'm dumbstruck, because it's Geo and I was heading in the wrong direction, OMG!

My first sight as i enter the class, is that of Jays!!! My heart just went baa dum boo'd up!!! But wait this can't be right, is that? Huh? That can't be them. My step-sisters are in my class or rather I'm in their class.If my mom knew about this then she wouldn't have let me transferred.

Alright, here we go again;
"if it's not the reject's daughter then it possibly has to be the daughter of some lady my father dumped!"

One of the twin says as she walks towards me.

"Just as I thought, so dizzy like mom, all chubby and out of shape, no wonder why my dad couldn't stay, he couldn't handle two unsightly sites under one roof"

The whole class bursts into laughter including Jays, of all people! You don't come to my granny's funeral and then you laugh at your bae being embarrassed in your presence? Huh? He has to explain himself? He has to! What a dog!

"That's no good way of greeting and welcoming your sister you know. Mature people don't involve their parents when they have differences. They made their choices and you have to make yours. For the record, you should be ashamed cause you a victim of the same stone that hit Gaby's mom which means after all, you are one and the same!"

said Geo as he held my hand my and offered me a seat next to him.

Yea, you know me well don't you by now, I'm all smiling and my cheeks are red and I can feel that It's getting hot in here and I might have to freshen up sooner or later! The way Geo held me, ksazobahot!
