I woke up to my annoying alarm clock, well it's not really a clock it's my brother. "Jane time to get up. You have a school to go to." My brother, Jin had said. I let a groan erupt from my throat and threw my pillow at him. I heard a laugh from him and the door close. What is the point of school? Go to something early so your parents don't have to worry about leaving you alone or learn all of this stuff for twelve years if you don't get held back, and I probably won't even use it. But I decided to get up anyway so my brother doesn't pour cold water on me, which has happened multiple times. I looked in the mirror and nearly screamed. "Oh, it's just my reflection," I said to myself and slightly laughed. Then I got ready for hell people like to call school. After dressing in my High School of The Dead shirt and black jeans that were ripped at both knees, I went downstairs to the dining room where the rest of my family were seated at the table and already eating breakfast. The smell of bacon, eggs, and toast hit my nose as soon as I entered the dining room. "Good morning Jane, your food is in the microwave." I heard my mom, Jordan said. "Jane you better start getting up on time, your brother had to get you up every day last week just because slept through your alarm." My dad, John said. I only nodded, with the way my mouth runs I would probably get in trouble if I talked. "Now eat before you miss breakfast." My mom had told me. I nodded once more, going to the microwave and getting my food. I set the plate on the marble counters and began to eat. I quickly finished and ran out the door with my backpack, Attack on Titan hoodie, and my car keys. I walked outside to see my red 1958 Plymouth Fury, that I got from my grandfather for my sweet sixteen. I sighed heavily unlocking the car door and got in. "Hell, here I come," I said to myself and began to drive to school. One of the best parts about school is my friends which contains eight people, five girls, and only three boys. And for the last week, four of them were gone on a trip to Japan. They came back last night and told us they were going to be at school today with a surprise. I wanted to hang out with them when they got back, just for my curiosity about what the surprise was. But sadly they said we couldn't since they would arrive at the airport at around midnight. I finally made it to school, parking my car in the school's parking lot. I got out and locked my car door, so no one would break into my car. I made it into the crowd of people trying to get in school, being pushed and shoved like any other high school you've been to. I made my way to the cafeteria, which wasn't that far away from the main office. "Hey, Jane." My best friend, Rachel said walking next to me. "Hello." I had replied and walked into the cafeteria with Rachel. We walked up to our usual table and I saw this unknown boy sitting next to Skylar, the boy was taller than Skylar. "Who the hell is he?" Was the first thing I asked after sitting down with Rachel, confusion was written all over my face.
