When me, Rai and Sil got home, we were carrying loads of shopping bags.
"Li! You're-" Liam stopped as he saw all the bags I was carrying. "Uh. Okay, Let me help you with that." Then he took all the bags from my arms, heading towards our room. I followed him, flexing my arms. Carrying all those bags and shopping was a work out itself.
"It wasn't my fault," I explained to him, then narrowed my eyes at the smirking girls. "These friends of mines said it was for all the times we didn't go shopping the last four years. If it wasn't for the date tonight, we would of been at it all day, non stop."
Shaking his head then chuckling, he placed the bags on my bed then sat down next to them. "Yeah. Those girls are a real handful when you go shopping with them. Everyone in the pack knows that, so we go to them if we need help. Honestly, they are the best fashion advice givers."
I raised my eye brow at him, "You went to them for fashion advice?"
He shrugged, clearing his throat. "Well, you know. They are the best at knowing what a girl likes. And looking your best at parties. So I couldn't resist."
I nodded. Rai and Sil were like fashionista's growing up. They would comment on every piece of clothing people would wear. Since I was sort of a tom boy, they would always fuss at me for my poor choice of clothing. But at the end, they would help me out with which shirt goes with which pants and shoes. In exchange of a favor, I would have to be their mannequin. I would agree to do it because it makes them happy. They were already planning their futures in middle school.
"Yeah, they never change." I looked up at the clock and saw that I know have an hour and a half to get ready. I groaned, "Liam, what should I wear for the date? Where would we be going?"
He grinned at me, getting off the bed. "Wear anything that is comfortable for you 'cuz you won't be wearing it for long. As for the place, cliché, but it's a surprise."
I blushed, then smiled.
He kissed my nose and walked towards the door. "A surprise? I guess I do like surprises. But I am a very impatient person. So the anticipation would keep me from pouncing on you with questions," I asked.
He laughed. "Don't worry. Its worth your anticipation. Especially at the end." He winked at me then left, leaving my face feeling hot and probably a deep shade of scarlet.
He now has me thinking of what we would be doing after the date. I can't believe we are going to make love tonight. I am a hundred percent ready, but I do have my insecurities.
Like, my fat for example. The girls he had probably been with compared to me, they just have a better body. Guys these days go for big boobs and no brain. I don't want to disappoint him or anything.
But! Just for tonight, I will TRY to let go of all my insecurities. If he even says something to offend me, anything at all, then I guess I won't lose my virginity tonight.
Just as I finished that thought, there was a knock and my two crazy friends came in. They brought with them two large purses, probably make up and hair products. As you should know, I don't wear make up nor style my hair. I don't see the point in that. Yeah, it makes you look prettier, but it doesn't show the real, natural you. And I am all for natural beauty, the best kind of beauty there is.
"Okay," said Sil, bringing her clasped hands to the front. "So Will just called and told us that you are ready. Why don't you just take a bath and try to relax your tense muscles. Rai and I will just set things up along with your outfit."
She started taking stuff out of the bag and neatly placing them on my vanity. I got up and headed towards the bathroom to do as she said. As I reached the door, I turned around to them. "Remember, I don't want any of those make up stuff you bought. And I don't want to look too fancy."
