Chapter 14

Scarlett's POV:

Now its like December. Oh do you want to know a fun fact about me (probably not but) I hate winter. I only hate it because I get cold easily. I bundle myself up but that doesn't make a difference. But the only reason I like the winter is because of my birthday..... and Christmas.

We already past Christmas. Phoenix went to his Dads house and I spent time with my family. My family and I went to my Grandmas house. My Dads whole side of the family was there. It was so much fun. But anyways..... the next day Phoenix came to my door step and handed me my gift with a kiss. I was shocked. For 2 reasons. Number 1: Was because he just came up on my door step. And Number 2: Because it was in a really large bag. I said "Thank you...Hold on WAIT!" With the gift in my hand I ran upstairs and got my gift for Phoenix. I got him this necklace (I know .... every boys dream) that was really tiny and part of a wish bone. And I kept the other half.

I have it on right now.

When I ran back downstairs Phoenix's nose was red. It was so cute.

And the part that really got me was that he wasn't even wearing a jacket. And only his nose was red.

Weird

I handed him my gift. I walked outside and sat down next to him.

I had a sweatshirt on with sweat pants. He said "You first." He gave me a THROW PILLOW! Holy crap! I love throw pillows. If you looked into my room I had throw pillows all over my bed. I'm not kidding. Its like you can't even see my bed anymore. And I didn't even have this pillow. It was all ruffles.

I screamed "Oh my gosh! Thank you so much!" I threw my arms around him. I said "Now you." When he opened it. His eyes lit up. He put it on and gave me a kiss. It wasn't even a peck. This was LONG. When we broke apart he said "Thank you. I love it." He looked at my necklace again and said "This is great!"

When I was in my room, my sister came in. "Hi." She said. "Whats up?" She sat down next to me. "I saw everything that happened outside." Then she started making kissing noises. "Stop!" I said while laughing. I said "Well I guess you sat there for a while, did you like what you saw?" She got up, punched me in the arm and left. She slammed the door behind her. I couldn't stop laughing. She screamed "By the way Scarlett, NO!" Then my mom yelled "What is going on you two!" Aww this is a good day.

Anyway, my birthday is January 1st. Thats in a couple of days. And another fun fact that you proably dont care about, is that Phoenix's birthday is Febuary 3rd. Cool right.

On another note, Phoenix has stopped smoking. Yay!

I really think that at 14 kids should not be smoking or doing any bad things.

Don't you think so?

I got out my phone and texted Phoenix.

Scarlett: Hey <3

I waited a little while. I looked outside my window to see if he was there. And he was. He was doing something with his dirt bike and he was with this other kid that Phoenix hangs out with all the time. They must me really good friends. My phone vibrated. I got a text from Phoenix!

Phoenix: We are breaking up.

What!?

I felt the tears coming.
